Agree to disagree. I said conversation. I think after Ingram and Big Ben every prospect your looking at has a case to be made against them why they shouldn't be going in the top 5 with Bender as the wildcard.

Dunn reminds me of Bledsoe...with, I'm hoping, a better Bball IQ.

Sabonis is just destroying the Hall. Tough spot for Seton Hall they are clearly being affected by playing at elevation. Isiah Whitehead has been getting oxygen all night

Taurean Prince looked good today. He had 28pts,4rebs and Had the guts to almost get in a fist fight with Rico Gathers in a huddle.

He handled a trap question in the post game well from a reporter looking for a headline. Some guy tried to condescend Yale and Prince had an awesome response.

I'm pretty sure they are ewwwing at the prospect that the Suns might be forced to add yet another point guard, not your assertion that Dunn belongs in the conversation in the top 5.

I like Damontas too in the right spot. He doesn't block alot of shots or protect the rim that well, but he can score and rebound.

Mori check out Sabonis vs Poeltl, who is a projected top 7 pick, tomorrow night in the Zaga-Utah game if you can. 8:40 on TNT. Will DVR it.

Not ready to overreact, but Cal's Brown a top 5 prospect (supposedly) was 1-6 for 4 points in their opening round loss to Hawaii.

Ya, I'd avoid Brown at all costs. He's a big athlete that can draw fouls, but he's not a creator or a shooter. He had like 6 turnovers today too. I think best case scenario, he's a Corey Maggette.

Watching this Michigan State game, MSU is in trouble, down 3 with 4 minutes to go, but I'm getting more and more sold on Denzel Valentine, especially if we're gonna run Bled and Knight at the 1. He a 6'5 pg. Not sure how he'd do defensively against nba wings though.

Not a Brown guy at all. He had a terrible finish to the year. Didn't see the game, but I had Hawi'i winning in my bracket cause Cal's leading scorer was out.

Middle Tennesee is up 3 on Michigan st. with 4mins left. Could bust almost everyone's bracket.

Denzel Valentine 3-8 shooting. 8pts, 12asst, 5rebs 5turns.

You gotta play him at the 3 at the next level I feel.

Agreed, just think he compliments a pg like bledsoe when they play together. Let valentine run some of the offense.

I haven't seen him play but 6'5" sounds awful short for a SF.

Ya, that's why he's not a top 5 pick. He doesn't have ideal size or athleticism, but he's very skilled. One thing I've learned over the years is choose talent and skill over size and athleticism. Guys like Paul Millsap or Draymond Green were overlooked because of their size/athleticism and they've proven everyone wrong. Valentine has great court vision, he's a little short, but he has a big body, handles the ball and is a really good shooter. Defensively he's probably an issue though.

Edit: Last year at Nike Basketball Academy he measured 6'5.5 in shoes with a 6'9.5 wingspan. Weighed in at 223 lbs.

True, Barkley was short for his position too.
