For once we 'beat' our predicted pacing from early in the game. Woo Hoo!

Knight has to go. I am sick of his ball hogging ways.

I'm not lying - my high school basketball team ran a more complicated offense than these Suns. It's crazy how often they run a two man game - either a high pick and roll or a foul line extended post entry pass - and the other 3 players just stand around. The worst part is, it takes 11 seconds just to get in to that first action.

I feel like Watson has a really special gift for motivating players, getting them to buy in, embrace their roles, trust the process, love the game and all that stuff. Then the referees toss the ball up and it's ????????

He's half of a great coach.

They don't know how to play team basketball. Knight is cancer, and Bledsoe is herpes.

Watson's a cheerleader. Get a real coach this summer.

I watched about 3 mins of this game after watching NCAA all day. I only needed that much time to see the huge drop off in quality of play. The Suns played like a 16 seed but with less heart. Not expecting or wanting wins but as I've said before it's how you lose. Losing like this doesn't teach the kids anything. Keep Watson on as an assistant but get someone who we think can get consistent effort. Someone who doesn't commit to playing PJ 35 minutes a night in a lost season. Someone who doesn't run plays for Ronnie Price to take a 3pt shot from the corner.

I went to the game last night and it was just as bad in person as everyone here saw on TV. My Jazz friends were excited to see Knight because they had seen on Sportscenter him crossing over Klay Thompson. I said I was excited to see if he could keep it to under five dumb turnovers during the game.

Under Watson -

4-15 record.
4 30-point losses.

Suns - 42.2 FG%, 32.0 3P%, 75,1 FT%, 45.8 Reb, 19.9 Ast, 16.8 Trn, 99.7 Pts
Opp. - 46.6 FG%, 41.0 3P%, 76.1 FT%, 44.9 Reb, 22.6 Ast, 13.5 Trn, 111.5 Pts

Worst point differential in the league since Watson took over. Most turnovers per game. Second-worst record (Philadelphia is 2-18).

Our coaching has been so bad for so long that I was actually a little excited when I saw Watson having them run some plays that ended up with open looks. How sad is it that a handful of decently ran plays a game is something to get worked up about?

It really is amazing how little Knight cares about anything besides his numbers. Bledsoe is slightly better about playing team basketball than Knight which isn't saying much.

I really hope both of them are gone in the off season. I would rather watch Booker and Bogdan over those two scrubs.

A little harsh, don't you think?

I want them both gone as much as anybody, never wanted Bledsoe, never understood how we were not capable to hold our ground trading for Knight without the LA pick. Desperation I guess. But they are not the main cause of our problems, the Coach and the Team Arquitect are. This still young players could (will) thrive under better circumstances, where they are not asked to be what they are not, specially under dumb experimentation (The dual PG gimmick)

But still, if you want to talk cancer, we are yet to get in remisión for the Morrii strain... That's cancer, and after two extraction surgeries, we are so much weaker as an organization -never in Phx history, one of the worst league wide- that we are angry to see us in the mirror today.

Bledsoe and Knight are far from this treatment, as much as we want to find a culprit for our frustrations, let's asume they can read this, and act acordingly. The Morrii deserves as much #$%& as posible, but this two other kids, are just the focal points of a very ill conceived team construction plan.

What about Bledsoe being the aching back that strikes back in the very moment you think it's all right (injury prone guard) while Knight is that "naturist suplement" that no one forced you to take, but you swear will do wonders for you, only to end up with kidney problems? ;)

Just an opinion.

I think I want Knight and Bled gone mostly so we can stop talking about how much everyone hates having them on the team :)

I'm not sold on either of them being the PG of a championship team, but they both have lots of talent. I do think Knight as a 6th man makes a lot of sense, hes not a great playmaker and is really, really bad at throwing lobs. I think he gets 4 turnovers a game on failed lob attempts. Put him in a Jamal Crawford role and he could be valuable. Also, he's only like 23 and has room to grow. When he's on, he's a dangerous scorer.

I actually kinda like Bled. He's definitely not a true PG, but he made a lot of improvements this year. He still turns the ball over too much, but his turnover rate went down, assist rate went up, and he was shooting pretty good from all areas of the court. If he takes another step with both his jumpshot and ball control, I think he makes a nice pairing with Booker in the backcourt. I'd still like to add another playmaker to the lineup at the 3 or 4 though. Bled/Booker/??/??/Len. Add the right pieces there and we've got something. If the ping pong balls go our way we could end up with say Simmons and Valentine. Bled/Booker/Valentine/Simmons/Len with Knight/Warren/Leuer or Tele/Chandler off the bench is a decent team now with a lot of future potential. 2-4 are all play makers and would take pressure off of Bled running the offense.

If the ping pong balls don't go our way, I'd take a gamble on Dragan Bender and still target Valentine with the Washington pick. What scares me most is falling in that 4/5 range in the draft. I don't like Jaylen Brown at all, he can't shoot, can't create, he's corey maggette. I've come around a bit on Jamal Murray, but he just doesn't make a lot of sense for us. He's another combo guard. Kris Dunn is nice but again doesn't make a lot of sense for us.

By the time the Suns are actually good Bledsoe will be pushing 30, so I don't see any reason to keep him around.

Knight is two years younger' but I don't like him as a player unless you're thinking of using him as the third guard off the bench. He might be good at that.

If I had to choose I would keep Bledsoe. I think I've had enough of Knight who is a PG about as much as Jamal Crawford is a PG. He's only got 3 years left on his deal after this season is mercifully over and you can do worse with having a PG that is pretty good defensively and can also get you 20/6/5 on 45/37 splits. Just let Booker handle the rock in crunch time.

I like Bledsoe more than the Black Hole Knight too. Knight as a sixth man also makes some sense.

Knight is one of those players like Crawford or especially Willie Green who compile impressive stats, but then you realize a bulk of the numbers come in blowouts or garbage time. He'll do a Tony Delk some day and log 50 pts, but his team will lose.

I realized during the Lakers game that BH Knight is a very similar player to Lou Williams who comes off the bench.
