I watched only the first quarter and some minutes of the 2Q, and by god these two teams are bad. We are ugly and bad, but the Lakers are a mess, way worse than the Suns.

Our remaining schedule is softer than what BRY has to face. Bottom 3 is not guaranteed.

Yea the Laker game is probabaly a definite W. Memphis, who we have suddenly dominated this yr, prob depends on who plays for them.

We have 12 games left and I would give us atleast a decent chance of winning 6 of them. LAL,Memphis,Washington,Sacramento,@Minny,LAC(last gm of yr LAC may be resting players).

I knew they shouldn't of brought Knight back. Games like last night we probabaly lose with Goodwin/Price getting all the PG mins. ugh!!

Anyone want to bet Knight gets shut down for the season soon? I have it at a 2:1 right now.

A smart team would do that. We are not a smart team.

So... we want to shut down Knight because he'll win us games, but he'll only help us win if he plays well, but everyone's in agreement that we should be looking to trade him, and if he plays well, that would increase his value...

Everything's cup-half-empty at this point, huh?

My hope is the that we're playing him to prove he's healthy and rest him once we have a better record then the Wolves and Nets. We don't need him over exerting himself once the damage is done.
With our luck he will play 35-40 minutes of inefficient hero ball and get injured on the last game of the season while making the winning shot on an off balance contested three.

I don't really care about the wins or losses at this point. So they win a game every once in a while and risk losing a ping pong ball. We could be have the worst record and still get the fifth pick or end with the fifth worst record and get the number one pick. I can't fault them for winning a game. It's the freaking Lakers. How can anybody get upset beating LA?

Knight does bug me now. He is definitely talented but, he tends to go into Charles Barkley mode and plays 1/5 dominating the ball.

What I have enjoyed most about this season is how Booker has progressed. Started a little shy, then got promoted to starter and had to produce and did very well. Then he went to the All Star 3 pt competition and became #1 on the scouting report and hit the rookie wall. They shut him down and he had no answer for awhile. Now he has made a breakthrough and has become good at distributing the ball when he is doubled and it has opened up his game tremendously along with his assist numbers.

Booker along with Len have become our two big guns and that's what the rebuilding plan was about. That makes me happy. In general they have improved in many areas.

In the beggining of the season they tried to make the lob to Chandler a part of their offense but, nobody could throw him a pass catchable. It was embarrassing to watch. Now they are having much more success at it. The twin towers approach with Len and Chandler I think has definitely helped the Suns on defense. We have been dominating the boards with those two in together.

Overall they have been playing much better team ball and I think that has shown in those wins we hate so much.

Now Knight comes back and in crunch time dominates the ball. No more team ball. We won but, I hated the Knight black hole Suns team compared to the team ball they were playing before he came back.

Yep, no doubt the team is much more pleasurable to watch when not run by the Black Hole Knight.

Great post Nodack.

Just find Knight a good home as soon as possible. A contender in need of scoring off the bench, so he can be the new Jason Terry. Don't fall victim of the sunk cost falacy.

"The Black Hole Knight"
Sounds like a new Marvel Comics character.

Soundgarden "Black Hole Sun", needs to be played whenever he has the ball.

I do believe Knight + #12 is good value for Melo. Knicks are one of the few teams that might value him. Of course, we'd be facilitating a trade to a third team in that scenario. It's just about the only one I can come up with, no matter how many times I turn it over in my head.

How about Melo to Cleveland for Kevin Love
