Warren had a strong game; 24 points on 11-20 shooting and 8 boards in 40 minutes (!). Ulis with 15 points, 10 assists, 6 boards, also in 40 minutes. Jared Dudley shot 2-for-11, and the new guy Eddie shot 2-9.
A concerning sign in the box score is that we don't really have a single consistently good 3-point shooter on the roster, except maybe Booker. A lot of 1-5 and 2-8 type of 3-point shooting stats for our guys. I think a lack of outside shooting is a huge barrier to a team being great. With Ulis able to distribute the ball much better than Bledsoe and Knight, we really need top shooters for him to pass it to.
Agree about the shooting, Dudley has been a very good shooter, but struggling lately and he's not part of the future. We've got some decent shooters(bled, Chriss, and bender are all capable), one highly promising shooter(booker) and then guys that need some work (ulis, Warren, Jones Jr.) We could really use a sharp shooter to add to our core.
That's the one hesitation I have about Josh Jackson. He's probably in the warren/ulis camp as a shooter.
Agreed with all this. It seems that Jackson has a super high competitiveness streak in him, which puts him over the top for me. So it makes me think he will work and improve this part of his game. His form isn't horrible, just has his elbow out a little too much.

What happened with Jenkins? He's obviously not a stud, but he is a great shooter who could space the floor in the 12 minutes we have behind Booker. In any case, right now that guy is Barbosa, and I'm ok going into next season with Booker / Barbs as our guys at SG.

I agree with this. I've been thinking that the Suns need a good outside shooter and/or backup sg for awhile now. I know a lot of you guys don't think this is a good draft for SGs, but I think it's potentially pretty deep at this position for some near starters and backups.
Malik Monk
Justin Jackson
Terrance Ferguson
Donovan Mitchell
Luke Kennard
Josh Hart
Grayson Allen
Sindarius Thornwell
Andrew White
PJ Dozier
Alonzo Trier
Kadeem Allen
Dillon Brooks
Dwayne Bacon
Zach Irvin
Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk
Tyler Dorsey
Marko Guduric
Peter Jok
Deonte Burton
Josh Hart, Sindarius Thornwell, Andrew White, and Alonzo Trier are the guys I like the most on that list. If we don't draft a guard with our top pick, we should target a sharp shooting one with our 2nd rounder. I left kennard, ferguson, and Jackson off because I doubt they last to round 2. Monk is intriguing and I know a lot of people don't like him, but in a worst case scenario, where we drop to 5 or 6, he wouldn't be a terrible option. I'd prefer to go Issac or Ntilikina, but monk is probably the best shooter in this draft and would be very nice to have.

If that were to happen, falling to 5, I would try to move down and get a couple picks maybe from Sacramento. Then take Isaac and Ntilikina, and if not Isaac, then Anunaby and Jordan Bell with Ntilikina.

What if Kostas Antetokounmpo declares for the draft this year? He had to sit out his freshmen year at Dayton, but he's already a 6'10" sf with the same athleticism. Could he possibly be a poor man's Greek Freak?

I'm in favor of him. I'm not Antetokounmpo, I'm Pro-tokounmpo.

You must be grading on a curve.

Grade inflation is real.
