SL Game Day: Jazz #20 (0-3) @ Suns #13 (1-2), Wed 7/12/17

Announcers throwing shade on Jackson. One of them said something to the effect of "well, I would say that this is the right league that I would put Jackson in". What a compliment.

He is looking confident out there.ShelC wrote:JJ is in beast bode.

JJ looking fantastic. All over the court handling the ball and making plays. Drilling a high-difficulty pull up. Protecting the rim. He really is going to be the perfect running mate for Booker. Our ceiling over the next couple years is really going to depend on Bender or Chriss developing. I am still quite optimistic on Bender.

But Jackson has had a nice stretch--some solid buckets and defense.

I hate that I feel the same way. It's a good thing Watson made sure he "arrived" first.ShelC wrote:Chriss is the f*** worst. He's gonna be the guy I hate for the foreseeable future.

It seems like the ball has a hard time finding Bender.

I like Reed's IQ on defense. Between him, JJ, Booker, and Bender, at least we have some youngins who have good instincts and read the game well. Chriss on the other hand... he is really going to need some veteran leadership over the next few years.

It's a block party today. Feels like more than 6 in the first q.

As noted by everyone Josh confidence is up as Ledlow reported he said and he had a great quarter. Only thing I noticed which someone mentioned before is that he not always boxing out and just looks to jump for the board

Kinda surprised at the lack of lift on that dunk attempt by Bender.
Nice put back and three though.

You shouldn't be. Dude has consistently shown that he couldn't jump over a dictionary.EDC wrote:Kinda surprised at the lack of lift on that dunk attempt by Bender.

Bender playing well, other than that dunk attempt. You're 7'1" for goodness sake.
