I didn't get any of the first 3, and only a little of the last one. You have a hard time answering a question that says you are the fault of the team being at the worst part in 50 years. He didn't answer it, really, and you could tell the question hit home. The reporter didn't even look him in the eyes as he asked it.
The quote was just a sample of the whole piece.
The sneer that sneaks out front time to time, the airing of dirty laundry again, the flat out dismissive denial in response to the question at the end (it's not just the reporter's opinion, it's literally everyone on this planet's opinion) and the comment "I get paid a lot of money to talk to you guys" ... yeah I'm not feeling him at all.
"That's what most people thought I was [doing] but I actually wasn't making a gun," Jackson said, according to azcentral.com. "I kind of wanted to put up the middle finger to him but I didn't do that because I felt like I was really being watched, so I kind of halfway did it."
According to Jackson, the fan had been heckling him throughout Saturday's game. He said he needs to learn to not react to fans in that manner.
"He called me a few names as I was coming out of the game so that's what really set me off," Jackson said, according to azcentral.com. "But it had been going on from the same guy the entire game. Fans can come and sit so close and say whatever they want to say and us as players can't react in any type of way. It's something I'm still learning."
Harkens back to his incident in school. Not a great sign 3 games in.
He's 20. I'll give him a pass.
I won't give him a pass. But I won't condemn him either. Just something to watch.

And he was definitely "making a gun". Whatever, if he learns from it then I'm just glad he hasn't been suspended (yet).

Maybe in was a "drill"?
"There are 3 rules I live by: never get less than 12 hours sleep, never play cards with a guy with the same first name as a city & never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Everything else is cream cheese."
I don't know if he should be the coach going forward, but I was impressed with him. He was baited over and over again to throw Watson under the bus and he would not do it. Seems like a pretty straightforward guy with a lot of experience.

I wish them well tonight.
I could grow to like this guy Triano. He has a nice way about him. I am finally anxious to watch a game. It has been a while. I am really tired of hoping that they lose.

What was the reason to get rid of Monty again? Oh yeah, that guy we drafted rather than Doncic.

I wouldn't go that far, but so far we just heard him talk a little and he sounded good. That is it. He doesn't have a good coaching history (especially when you consider how awful his teams were defensively).

Fearless prediction: our average margin of defeat under Triano will be less than 30 points.

This is not a good environment for a young man with a temper.

The thing about Triano is he's a basketball coach. It's what he is and does. Didn't have a great stint in Toronto but from what I remember was known for his solid offensive mind, not much defense and someone the players liked.
