Jokic is a below average defender, and like bajanguy said, he's not the type of player to put up 40. This is the type of matchup where Ayton should excel.

Getting those misses out of the way.
Its funny how shooting changes from the pregame to the actual game. During the game Aytons jumper has a higher release with more extension everywhere in his frame. He jumps higher, releases higher, leans back just slightly. That warm up jumper looked ugly.

Devin totally falls asleep on D and gets beat back door. Luckily Harris misses the layup. Before that, Ayton did a good job corralling Jokic off the dribble.

We look terrible, but are only down 4. If we can clean it up just a little we can make a run on these guys.

Yea not much movement so far
We're walking the ball alot too like the plan is not to try run with the Nuggets in altitude which is understandable but I don't like us playing so slow

I really hate that he floats like 3 feet behind the line. Get in position and ready to catch the damn ball. lol
