I’m so jealous. I just watched the Clippers beat the Warriors and then the Kings beat the Spurs. To add insult to injury, Bogdan and Fox hit big shots down the stretch.
So glad we gave up Bogdan for a loser who isn't even on our team any more. Thanks McDonough.
I want no part of Fultz. He'd break our hearts. And he's not the kind of player we need.
What if the deal is based around Jackson for Fultz? Maybe throw in Bender or Daniels. If Philly wants them at all. I still think the Washington version of Fultz was the best prospect in the draft. He's still supremely talented, just forgot how to shoot. As is he's a better PG than what we currently have and I'd jump at the chance to move him for Jackson... don't really see Philly being interested though. Fultz also makes a ton of sense for them if he ever fixes his shot.

I think Fultz is damaged goods. His shoulder may never be right again and it's in his head now as well.
I can't tell if he is the primary problem, or we are.

I still have hope for Jackson too, but Bridges has already passed him, we have lots of wings, and really need a PG. Fultz may never learn to shoot again, but he's a big, athletic pg, who can get into the paint, put pressure on the D and can create offense for others. He'd help us in the short term and could be a huge steal in the long term.

Agree that Bridges should be playing a bigger role and should be ahead of Jackson on the depth chart. No reason he shouldn't be starting and getting 28-30mpg.
I can't tell if he is the primary problem, or we are.
Intuition and recent history tell me that it's more about the Suns than Jackson himself. However, I don't think he's putting in his best effort in games and in driving his own development. He didn't look this bad at any time last year, so that seems a bit fishy. Like he could be angling a way out of town by intentionally tanking his value.

Fultz's broken free throw shot is the weirdest thing I've ever seen in the NBA.
I think Fultz is damaged goods. His shoulder may never be right again and it's in his head now as well.
Something I've been thinking about since watching him closely a few time this season; I'm not completely sure that he actually enjoys playing basketball.
I think we just assume that all of these guys love the game because it takes extreme dedication to develop enough skills and physical abilities to make it to the top level, but I think there have been plenty of uber-talented guys who never "made it" simply because they didn't enjoy basketball.
Between things like getting the #1 pick salary and his very poor training habits, such as his diet, there are some red flags that could lead to him becoming irrelevant and completely forgotten very quickly.

He may or may not get a second NBA contract, but nobody forgets a #1 pick that Boston traded to Philadelphia. That will be a story for decades regardless of how his career turns out.
