I doubt they tell me any secrets. They probably won’t even talk to me but, I will certainly work my magic as best I can.

The band I am in is playing a private party for the Suns tomorrow. I am stoked. Don’t be too jealous.
Help them see how we fans feel by playing at the wrong tempo so that you fall behind by 25-30 beats by the halfway mark of the song.

Would it be career suicide to make a playlist that fits well with subliminal messages about how Sarver needs to get out of dodge and sell the team? Or non-subliminal, original songs very clearly saying that?

Eating in the green room. Okobo, Bridges and Anderson just walked by. Trying to be cool and not be a star struck obnoxious fan.

I just talked to James Jones back stage. “We need point guard and a power forward.” They are planning on getting a PG in free agency next year which was what they also said before the season.

I don’t either. Smith is a great athlete but I don’t think he’s a very good pg. he’s still a project and he’d just get in the way of our current pg projects. I think any new pg we bring needs to be established.

Blazers supposedly have interest in Lin. That's a guy I would make a play for. He's been injured, is now a little older and is a FA but I would take a chance on him. He's the type of guard we need - high IQ, can set others up, can shoot it really well, has real good experience and would fit in with the group personality wise. People have said, "why give up an asset when we can get him as a FA/why risk an asset when we could lose him", but I'd rather get him in, get him established and familiar with the org and start working on a smart deal.

I don't think Lillard or Kemba are realistic and I don't want us overpaying or committing to the wrong guy like we did with Bledsoe.

Yeah, I'm curious to learn why you think this is strike one.

I would totally be fine with giving Lin a chance. He seems like a sort of chronically underappreciated guy. Every team he's on, he contributes, but they never really work hard to try to keep him. I like his unselfishness and that he can also score if needed. Not a great defender or athlete, but I think he would give us a lot of what we need. And I'm not worried about him stunting Melton's development because I don't think Melton is ready to be a starting PG right now.

There are probably eight free agent point guards I would take over Lin.

A trade just became more unlikely with the injury to J.J. Barea last night.
