Has anyone ever asked Bridges about his shot? It’s kinda a tricky question to ask and not come away criticizing him, but I’d be curious what he says about why he changed his form.
"Hey, Bridges. Why does your shot suck now? You used to be a good shooter."

I think people have because he's addressed it before. I think he brushed it off as making normal tweaks & changes to his shot tho we can all see that has not been the case.

I’m not arguing against the trade. I like Cam, I think he’s a good fit here. Im just pointing out there is definitely a scenario where we look back and realize we maybe should have just taken Culver/White.

But, that’s for another day. Right now I’m happy with Saric/Cam and hope that we make the playoffs.
Yeah, and we also should have taken Gobert and Giannis.
Culver/White were realistic options. That was an actual decision our front office had to make. Giannis and Gobert were not under consideration for us, so your comparison doesn’t really fit.
Why weren't they?
You’d have to ask McD, but we had the 5th pick that year. Milwaukee shocked a lot of people when they picked Giannis at 15. Gobert went like 29th. Neither guy was seen as a possible top 5 pick.

My point isn’t to go back in hindsight and find the best possible outcome, my point is to compare the outcomes that were under actual consideration at the time. Sure, we don’t know for sure how seriously we considered drafting Culver/White at 6, but those were the guys most often associated with us. Gambo specifically talked up White a lot. Clarke also came in for a couple visits and looked like a real possibility we were considering. It’s not unreasonable to think those were options we decided against.

Kinda proving my point as why it’s a tricky question to ask. Still, there would be a much better way to go about asking the question.

Goodness. I knew he was struggling from 3 this season, but I didn't know the numbers. He is averaging 19.2% on threes after being .335 last season. Oof; that's abysmal. He really needs that shot in order to deserve steady minutes. I hope he's actively working on it.

How does Joel Embiid play 32 minutes, take 11 shots and go scoreless??

I get the feeling he's this era's version of Walt Bellamy.
Monstrous talent, minimal motivation...

looks like dallas is doing well despite KP being a bust signing.
