I'm happy with what we've got. We have a real team, folks. A real, deep team.

I’m waffling a little on how we should approach the buyout market. If we could get Gary Harris and drop Elf, that’s a clear upgrade.
Lately, however, Monty has been tinkering with some
3-wing lineups (with a PG and a C) that make Cam or Mikal the nominal 2. I think those lineups deserve to be explored further because of their potential and if we add someone like Harris we’re going to be forced to play him or Landry as Booker’s backups at all times.
The “Wingstop” lineups are also a way to get Cam some more minutes.
I don’t know. Harris would be a great luxury to have, but I don’t think he signs here without a clear role. There’s also something to be said about not having 13 guys with playing time expectations.
I saw somebody on Suns Twitter call this the "Wing Stop" lineup, LOL.

He would have been an all-star if he started this a couple weeks earlier

Has there ever been a ball dominant player that’s better at limiting turnovers?
I tried to find any high assist guys with a better A/TO ratio awhile back and Muggsy Bogues was the only one better I found.
Side note: how good would Muggsy have been if he was even just 6’0

Odd trivia: Bogues was selected in the same draft as Manute Bol ...

I took a look at Paul's entire playoff stats a while ago to see if there was a clear thing that stood out in his losses vs his wins (both individual games but also series trends). TOs seem to be the biggest differentiator, but there was also a dip in assists. So when you look at his A:TO ratio, it was like a 50% drop in his "L" games vs his "W" games. I will see if I can find the actual numbers.

OK, I found the actual numbers:
Raw numbers
____|-Games-|-Assists-|--TOs--|
Win |---68--|---558---|--143--|
Loss|---69--|---515---|--196--|
Per game numbers: Show changes, but not a huge red flag.
____|-Ast/G-|-TOs/G-|
Win |--8.21-|--2.10-|
Loss|--7.46-|--2.84-|
Ratios: Starts to show the picture
____|-A:TO-|
Win |-3.90-|
Loss|-2.63-|
% Difference: Very clear--49% drop in A:TO?
___________|---APG %Diff---|---TO/G %Diff---|---A:TO %Diff---|
Win vs Loss|------9.9%-----|-----+26.0%-----|------48.5%-----|

Who do you get rid of to make room for Dragic?

I'm 100% sure everyone here would gladly ditch Elfrid to make room for Dragic, but Monty wouldn't agree to that.

I am not sure it is a good trade off. And I don't even like Elfrid.

Dragic is going somewhere he can play. He wouldn’t play here.

I’ll believe an mri over Booker seeing him in the locker room.

I apologize to everyone in advance for the dark timeline, but I had to share..
The worst case scenario is ligament damage that requires surgery. The recovery is usually about 6-8 weeks. I think the thing to be most worried about is Paul has already had surgery to repair a thumb ligament in his last season with the Clippers. He missed 14 games from 1/19/2017 to 2/23/2017. Here's a good piece on his previous injury,

Maybe one of our esteemed medical professionals here can provide some insight as to how a previous repair might or might not make him vulnerable to a reinjury in the future.

Just finished watching and have not been on Twitter yet
Wow, it's really all that
Guess the fact that there was no possession afterwards to see how he managed it that I didn't think too much of it.

Playoffs begin April 16th. If there’s going to be an 8-week injury, you wouldn’t want it to happen any later than this.
