Eric Gordon would’ve also been a good fit on Dallas…not to mention with us.

I agree with you.

But to the graphic, I don't understand why shots taken off ball-screens or DHOs are considered "self-created" shots.

Well I think ball screen would refer to the ball handler in a pick and roll taking a shot, so that fits. The DHO one could be either way…do they shoot right away? Then ya that’s not really a self created shot. But generally a DHO is used like a pnr and the ball handler continues into a pull up jumper or a drive.

Who would be the best possible fit with Luka? I’d think a versatile wing defender that can play both on and off the ball. Probably someone like Paul George. I think pairing him with a scoring combo guard would also work as Luka is going to run most of the offense. Think CJ, Rozier, Sexton, Hield. I think Booker would be a great fit offensively.
I think you kind of just follow the Iverson blueprint and surround him with 3 and D guys who can hit open shots and play good team defense. Maybe a rim running big like a Collins.

I just feel like we’ve never seen that method win. Iverson made it to the finals, but the east was bad…the rockets got about as close as you can with the Harden rockets, but they also had CP3. I think Luka needs someone to take the load off at times.

I agree; I don't think you generally win a title with a ball-stopper like Luka. Unless maybe he just has the season of his life and plays out of his mind for a year. I don't think you need a CP3 or another pass-first guard with him, though. I think you just need somebody who can spell him when he goes to the bench. Maybe a Cam Payne type guard to come in and give the offense some spark, or somebody like that. That and a ton of shooters and defenders.

Since 2010? I wonder who had a 40/10a game before that? I assume Larry Nance?

Stathead shows 14 such games all time in Cavs history - 11 by LeBron, and one each by World B. Free, Mo Williams, and now Garland.

thanks. Wouldn't have guessed either of them.

Would you run that again without the team qualifier? I am curious how many in the league history is owned by Lebron.

361 instances, Lebron has 12 of them. 6 guys have more than James:

1. Oscar at 47 times
2. Harden at 31 times
3. Archibald at 23 times
4. Westbrook at 17 times
5. West at 14 times
6. Lillard at 13 times
Iverson also has 12 times like LeBron

So he is the only non-PG with that many?
