I have lost any faith I have in Monty - he just seems out of his leauge when it comes to getting the team ready and making adjustments in game.

It looks like James Jones figured his work was finished with a month left in the 2002-21 season.

Man
Couple offensive rebounds there and then not the best shot selection
Don't laugh but we could have cut the lead to 18-20

Channeling my Eddie Johnson
The start of the 3rd quarter will be key, in today's NBA no lead is safe and the Knicks have been giving up leads all season
Kev Ray "Yes, didn't they lose to Mavs after being up 9 with 35secs left ??"

Exactly
So let's get the lead down to 15 and you will be surprised suddenly for the Knicks the rim doesn't seem so wide open

I think I nailed that lol

Jones is still waiting for internal improvement to take us to the next level.

Oh and as I mentioned before the game started
Still feel that just throwing Washington Jr out there nightly to see if he can provide a spark can't hurt

Especially games like this
And I think on the road trip, we had slow starts and more than once the unit in the 2nd quarter with him, Okogie and Lee did well.

Eh, Booker is the only player on this team that takes us to another level. Without him we are a lotto team and thatโ€™s just showing forth on the court. Iโ€™m honestly on board with looking past this season. Do whatever is best for next year.

They were counting on more improvement from Ayton and Bridges, which hasn;t happened, and they have lost more in the regression of Chris Paul, injuries and the hole at PF than they made up in a few marginal players added (Langdale, Lee, Okogie & Washington - none of which are good enough to make a difference in the postseason)

Trade Paul and filler to lakers for Russ and hopefully one of their 1st. Even without the 1st I still might do it. Just get off their contracts completely.

Iโ€™m at a point now where I am turning it off once we go down 20 in the first half.

Itโ€™s the same bullshit over and over. Not interested in a team that cannot or will not even compete.

Not going to watch Mikal Beta Bridges do a 3 point dance when he hits a 3 down 25.

Quickley, a 6-3 guard, has more rebounds than Ayton or Craig.

This starting lineup has no one able (or willing, in DAโ€™s case) to generate paint points. So weโ€™re treated to watching a disgusting procession of bricks from the mid-range and 3.

Our first paint basket came at 9:40 in the second quarter with Dario (who should never play over Ish) passing to Jock for a dunk.

Paul is toast (-31 in the half) and Shamet firing his rockets at the rim. DA wonโ€™t attack. This team is disgusting.
