Rozier takes 22% of his shots at the rim, he’s only shooting 58% though, which isn’t great.

Quickley is 13% at the rim and shoots 66%. He also takes 21% of his shots in the non restricted paint area and shoots 52%.

FVV also takes 13% of his shots at the rim and shoots 60%…he’s pretty poor everywhere else except long 2s.

For reference, CP3 takes 2% of his shots at the rim
Booker takes 16% and Payne takes 13%. Paul shoots 57%, Book shoots 75%, and Payne shoots 61%.

Would Charlotte take a Crowder/Shamet/2023 1st for Rozier/McDaniels? Maybe reroute Crowder to some team who’d add another 1st or multiple 2nds or a young player.

CP3/Booker/Bridges/Johnson/Ayton
Rozier/Lee/Okogie/McDaniels/Saric

Rozier kind of gives me Bledsoe vibes. That's just me tho. FVV has a ring and even tho he's 30 with big money coming I think he'd fit right in, keep us competitive and would defer to Book as lead guard while still being able to run offense and score on his own. Playing next to Book would a lot of responsibility off him and might help him longterm as he's been playing heavy minutes the past 3-4 seasons.

Can't imagine that big a move at the deadline. Would have to send out CP for him and just make him the starter in the offseason and start fresh.

The teams biggest problem is rim pressure.
Yeah. Getting that out of the PG slot probably isn’t in the cards. Those guys are not available. Otherwise you’re talking who else is on the trade block. Either way, we need to make a move.

Already got the notification saying Ayton is out for tomorrow night’s game with non-Covid illness. Any word on what is up?
Ugh. Are you hinting that there could be a trade in the works?
If it’s the flu that can take awhile to recover from.

You’re not far off…Bledsoe was more physical and got to the line a lot more. Probably better defensively too. Rozier takes better care of the ball and shoots better.

If you take the best 4 year sample of each:

Bledsoe is 18/5/6 and shot 45/34/81 for a .562 TS
Rozier is 20/4/4 and shot 44/38/84 for a .556 TS

Bledsoe wins steals 1.6 to 1.1, but Rozier wins turnovers 1.9 to 3.4.

Advanced stats favor Bledsoe.

Gambo poo-pooing those 3 guards

I think he's mixed up. The report said "post Chris Paul." We're probably talking about replacing Paul with a trade in the summer, not having someone who needs to be "a good fit with Paul."

I don't think I put any weight on anything Gambo says. If we end up trading for one of those guys, he was just part of the organization's smokescreen efforts.

Over the last seven games, Bridges is averaging 21.7 points, 5.6 assists, 4.7 rebounds, 1.6 steals in 37.3 minutes per game — sizable leaps from the career-high 16.3 points and career-high 3.5 assists a night he was averaging for the season.

I'm guessing they both don't like being at beauty salons too. What a waste of money Bledsoe was. He just disappeared after he left too.

He was pretty much the same guy for Milwaukee…but didn’t hold up in the postseason…ultimately they moved him for Jrue which was pretty huge.

Exactly. Who cares about being a good fit with Paul. This is about the future of the team.

Could Ishbia bring in Bob Myers? 🤔

How good is Bob Myers? I never really know how to evaluate GMs…Did he draft Curry, Klay, and Dray?

I know GS has stayed great and I guess he deserves credit for that, but all he’s really done is just keep paying the guys on the team a bunch of money. That’s more on ownership.

I looked it up and Myers did not draft Curry or Klay. He drafted Draymond though and signed KD.
