Any interest in trying to get Brook Lopez with the TPMLE?
He’s kinda of the perfect 5 next to Book and KD.
Of course he’s another old guy tho.

I’d love Brook, but he’ll get more than that. I do wonder if we freed up salary to unlock the full MLE if we could get him for that. Gotta keep an eye on what Milwaukee does.

How about Ayton/Shamet to Charlotte for Hayward/Richards.
Why Hayward? I feel like we can go ahead and make the posts now, "We would have won the series if Hayward would have been healthy."
If you're dealing Ayton to Charlotte, it needs to involve Rozier and Mark Williams.
Just think he fits nicely between Book and KD. He can hold up defensively. He can shoot, he can handle and playmake a bit. But you’re right that it gives us another even less reliable guy health wise. Probably not worth it.
I thought about Rozier as well. I’d be cool with that.
I could see the deal being expanded to include CP3 and Rozier.

I wonder if we could figure out a trade with Bulls with CP for Caruso + filler but looking at their contacts, that filler is basically could only be Lonzo tho. Yikes.
I did see some dumbass bulls fans talking about trading DeMar for Ayton

uhhh say less bro, please do that lol smh

That would be great, if there’s enough space in the mid range for those 3
In all seriousness, that’s one of the names that make you think our starters would be unstoppable.

Well at least this off season we wont be standing pat because of trying to land KD…. I’m expecting us to be far more active this year. Needless to say… time is of the essence and really hope we make some good deals.

Take a stab at VanVleet...how about Woods and Barnes? 'Getting' them is of course a different question...but a lineup of VanVleet, Booker, KD, Woods, TBD seems like a good start. Woods gives up some size but he seems like he puts some effort into things. Grabbing both would be no small trick, but make that VanVleet, Booker, KD, Woods, Barnes...seems at least interesting. Of course I'm just looking at the moment at UFAs, not trade targets...tbd.
Summer is going to be...interesting...

I wonder how expensive Barnes would be…he’d be a decent target

Surround him with shooters on a bench unit

If he plays like he did against us in the 1st round I’ll take him. As long as we can rein him in when his shot isn’t falling.

What’s the over/under on new players next year? I’d put it at 8 and take the over

Depends on whether the new HC thinks Ayton can be salvaged.

I don’t think the Ayton decision comes down to the new coach. His time has passed. I don’t think Booker or KD want him here.
