Like I said, it’s also about roster balance. Even if Allen turns out to be a decent player for us, he was unnecessary. We didn’t need another shooter.

We needed a center. A center who can run and be the defensive anchor in Vogel’s system. Nurkic is a terrible fit, like I’ve been saying, I couldn’t believe that was the word the Suns used to try to sell it.

Portlands C gets 5 years, Nurkic gets 1 preseason game. Lmao.

Roy Hibbert was slower than than Oliver Miller and he was fine in Vogels system, give it some time. I do not expect Nurkic to be great, but him and Eubanks will be good enough.

One quarter of one preseason game *

Defensive anchor, not a thin waisted, high riding testicular center with a battery of a 12 year old Tesla who shies away from contact

I'm mentally preparing for a seasons worth of overreacting.

Wrong. Nurkic got 9 years to show what he is. People were just trying to delude themselves into accepting the trade because they hated Ayton.

Hibbert being compared to Nurkic is laughable, not to mention the fact that they played in two different eras.

Jeremy, take the C position out of your decision…do you think this team improved from last year?

CP3 to Beal
Shamet to Allen
Craig to KBD
Ross to Gordon
Warren to Yuta
Landale to Eubanks
Biyombo to Metu
Payne to Goodwin
Ish to Little

To me that’s 5 obvious upgrades and 4 either washes or slight upgrades.

And some of those upgrades are massive.

Suns had 5 years of the other guy, they knew what he was.

Your argument is dead, long live Grayson Allen.

Guys, take the former center talk to his dedicated thread. This was only to gauge the communities thoughts on Jeremy's claim that the roster was downgraded after the trade. The people have spoken. Only 3 out of 26 believe that to be the case.
