Turnovers, can't make shots or rebounds. Normal stuff.

Kept the ball outta Bookers hands, pretty much all you gotta do with this shit sandwich they've got out there.
Love, Hurts.

Somebody should tie Josh Okogie to the gym and just let him go after he makes a thousand corner 3s everyday.

Homie should’ve been doing that in the offseason.Furlanfufi wrote: ↑Fri Dec 08, 2023 9:23 pmSomebody should tie Josh Okogie to the gym and just let him go after he makes a thousand corner 3s everyday.

Not even mad about this one. Kings are too good and we're playing our 3rd stingers. Didn't have any reliable offense and even as hard as we played defensively they've got too much firepower. Hate the over-reliance on Book tonight. Doesn't feel like a way for us to get better or get others better. I know we're biding time until Beal comes back but some improvements or counters to what we've seen would be nice.
It's funny seeing these different lineups with guys in and out. Tonight's team with Book, and EG and Nurk as his running mates and a bunch of other minimum guys, was a 35ish win team.. That's the kind of not-good-enough-to-win but not-bad-enough-to-lose middling team with no direction. The Book-KD combo with Allen/EG and Nurk and the rest of the bench is a 50ish win team. 2 stars that can power thru the regular season and would be dangerous in the playoffs. Vogel mentioned trying to get everyone back for this home stretch over 15 games and that makes the most sense. If we can get everyone back for a 15-20 game run heading into All-Star and be healthy at the end of the year, we're in good shape.

It's crazy that he doesn't do that, he'd make millions of he could consistently knock down that shot. Millions.iLLmatic wrote: ↑Fri Dec 08, 2023 9:32 pmHomie should’ve been doing that in the offseason.Furlanfufi wrote: ↑Fri Dec 08, 2023 9:23 pmSomebody should tie Josh Okogie to the gym and just let him go after he makes a thousand corner 3s everyday.

I’m disappointed. I thought he was going to do that this offseason. It’s a contract year for him, he could’ve made himself a whole lot of money sitting in the corner waiting for a kick out from book or kd.TOO wrote: ↑Fri Dec 08, 2023 9:45 pmIt's crazy that he doesn't do that, he'd make millions of he could consistently knock down that shot. I’m not ready to hit the panic button yet but we wagered a lot of our future for this. Beal has been an absolute bust for us so far.

I know we’re all not thrilled with the way the teams playing right now, however part of me still thinks we’re just trying to stay competitive enough to make the playoffs, all while trying to keep all of our assets healthy for that push. We’re playing chess, not checkers. We’ve seen what happens when we go all out for the regular season, only to burn out because our guys are spent.
