I watched the Ukraine/US game today. Kravtsov was the starting center for the Ukrainians. The announcer incorrectly stated that he was still on the Phoenix Suns roster.
Also watched Spain/Serbia. I live that Bogdanovic has some fight in him. He and Rubio had a face off late in the game. Speaking of Rubio, he was a little bitch near the end. He lost the ball out of bound while being defended. The ref ruled the ball to Serbia. Rubio threw a fit and acted like the ball was definitely off the Serbian player. The refs overturned the call. The Serbian coach then gets a technical. Watching the replay, nobody but Rubio ever touched the ball. He just lost it out of bounds.

Since your non-.net internet must be broken, I'll recap. Horrible choke by Slovenia in the 4th. They were up 12 with a few minutes left in the 3rd. Scored only two points the entire 4th quarter. Dragic set up some wide open threes that his teammates missed and his big men (Omic, Slokar) biffed on a few easy inside shots. It looks like they ran out of gas as a team. They're very small and routinely get beaten up inside.

LOL. I did find the score but that was it. Thanks for the recap.
Isn't this year's world championships a sign that the whole "World Cup" idea isn't going to work very well? Most all of the NBA's top stars don't want to compete in it; the ratings in the US are fairly abysmal; only hoop junkies seem to be into it; and its qualifying rounds seem to overlap with the NBA playoffs. It just doesn't look like it will be able to succeed.

FIBA can help it's world cup by making the olympic basketball an u-23 event.

if their bigs suck, then need to play with their best players on the court, meaning go small vs USA.

Watching Greece vs Serbia.
Raduljica should be considered for our roster. He is just a poor man's Pekovic but could be useful in a spot.
Bodganovic is playing well, and just scored off a penetration where he beat Antetokounmpo (for all his gifts he is not extremely quick laterally).

Impossible indeed. Haven't you heard Bodganovic is no good?
Anyway, before that the freak had a terrific block against Raduljica, and also hit a beautiful three.

Bodganovic was the best player of the game yesterday as Serbia defeated Greece 90-72. He scored 21 points: 3/4 2pt, 4/7 3pt, 3/4 FT, 2 assits, 2 TOs.
His next game is wed 10, against Brazil.

the earlier the better. aaron gordon could be the next MKG, and dante exum not getting good review in FIBA.
