It’s not wise to give your enemies a heads up on advanced military capabilities you are working on. When war starts, I hope we have a few aces up our sleeve that we didn’t announce to the world before hand so they could prepare their defenses. I don’t want to give all the specs to a bunch of politicians who some are probably on the payroll of an adversary that somehow ends up getting the specs. This is topic is borderline politics. What DARPA does stays in DARPA.

Because this is a topic I have a lot of interest in, I'll share a detailed and organized breakdown to help. When I share this stuff with a good friend of mine, he starts to question if I'm getting knee-deep into conspiracy theories. Whatever that means. Hopefully, none of this sounds like I'm going far off the deep end. Would love your thoughts as well as from others around here.

Over the years, I’ve dug into various sources and whistleblower testimonies, and I’ve also been intrigued by Dr. Steven Greer’s work since I watched his documentary Unacknowledged a few years ago. What he—and others—have presented resonates with a lot of what I’ve come to believe about the hidden aspects of UFO/ET technology and the tremendous potential these breakthroughs might hold for humanity.

1. Unacknowledged Special Access Projects (USAPs)
My understanding is that there have been secretive programs in operation since at least the 1950s, often described as Unacknowledged Special Access Projects (USAPs). These programs function outside regular government oversight, funded by black budgets that could add up to trillions of dollars. The reason for such secrecy, in my view, is to study and reverse-engineer advanced technologies—commonly thought to be extraterrestrial. In Dr. Greer’s works, many military and intelligence whistleblowers have detailed how craft have been retrieved and studied away from public scrutiny. When you see these “drone” sightings that defy typical flight characteristics, I can’t help but wonder if some are actually human-engineered reproductions of advanced propulsion systems, or ARVs (Alien Reproduction Vehicles), that have been created from these clandestine projects.

2. Directed-Energy Weapons and Craft Retrieval
One of the more controversial points I’ve come across is the allegation that certain classified directed-energy weapons have been used to bring down unidentified craft. The technology behind these weapons supposedly far exceeds what we normally see in the public sphere. While that sounds extremely far-fetched on the surface, Dr. Greer and numerous insiders claim that advanced energy and propulsion systems, once recovered, have been painstakingly studied—often in black-budget environments. If it’s true, it means we’ve had a serious head start on replicating technologies that could revolutionize everything from transportation to energy production.

From my reading and from watching Greer’s documentaries, one of the most exciting aspects of these alleged technologies is the possibility of clean, nearly limitless energy—sometimes called zero-point energy or over-unity systems. If these breakthroughs were ever disclosed openly, they could eliminate our dependence on fossil fuels and drastically reduce environmental harm. Imagine a future where energy is abundant and freely available, cutting across the entire planet and lifting countless regions out of poverty. This aligns with the vision that many disclosure advocates hold: a new era of sustainable power and planetary stewardship.

4. Suppression by Powerful Interests
Of course, the big question is: If any of this is real, why is it not public? My take is that corporate and military-industrial interests have a huge financial stake in maintaining the status quo. Fossil fuels are the backbone of so many industries, and any technology that renders them obsolete poses an existential threat to those powerful groups. So, there’s a strong motive to keep these developments hidden. In addition, “national security” is often cited, which can justify extreme secrecy and the shutdown of whistleblowers. It’s a lot easier to marginalize the UFO topic by painting it as a joke or a threat than to open up a worldwide discussion on advanced energy systems that could reshuffle the global economy.

5. Disinformation and the Role of Fear
Steven Greer often talks about how disinformation campaigns have shaped the public’s understanding of UFOs and extraterrestrial life. In my opinion, scaring people with the narrative of an “alien threat” or mocking UFO enthusiasts prevents serious investigation into what’s really happening. When I talk about these subjects, I’m not claiming I have all the facts. However, dismissing the issue out of hand keeps us in the dark—especially at a moment in history where we could be facing game-changing innovations.

6. Why Disclosure Matters Now
With these new drone/UFO sightings popping up recently, I think it’s more crucial than ever to demand transparency. If there’s any truth to the possibility of advanced energy sources and propulsion systems, then revealing and responsibly developing them could solve a multitude of global challenges—from climate change to resource scarcity and even interplanetary exploration.

I believe it’s time for open hearings, accountable research, and public scrutiny of hidden programs. We should be encouraging whistleblowers—like those Dr. Greer features—to share what they know without fear of ridicule or retaliation. Ultimately, the technologies themselves could be a huge gift to humanity, but only if they’re shared transparently and ethically.

A Final Thought
I realize this is a lot to take in, and I don’t expect everyone to agree. Still, I think the mounting evidence and witness testimonies—alongside the persistent UFO sightings we keep hearing about—warrant deeper investigation. If even a fraction of these claims are valid, we may be on the cusp of a major leap for human civilization. I just hope we don’t let fear and vested interests stand in the way of what could be a remarkable opportunity for all of us.

A lot of this gives a bewildered sense of false hope if none of it ends up accurate. Something so far technologically advanced we can't comprehend. That can be world changing as far as energy production and travel capabilities. I'm just being an optimist at heart. How I've spent my life. A lot of letdowns. When optimism occurs, it's awesome. Sometimes I think it would be better to stay more neutral and jaded. Helps avoid the letdown. Humanity, greed, consumerism. The wealthiest elite. Those things scare me. And I hope we can all course correct or something great comes along for the sake of our kids, theirs, and the many more generations afterwards. I'm confident mankind will destroy each other and the earth without some technological intervention.

I absolutely believe technologies have been suppressed to keep them away from the public. Big oil and energy do not want different fuel/energy sources that will take away from their bottom line. I have read several articles about developing technologies that have just disappeared with either the inventor taken out or the technology bought and buried.

Why would the mainstream media cover any of it (or be trusted). They've really disintegrated to the point of being flavor of the hour, never to talk about a topic again when they move to the next one. Hell, they completely stopped talking about drones over New Jersey and other parts of the country. If what comes out Saturday is legit, you bet your ass they'll try to get into the flavor of the hour again.

For the record, I looked into NewsNation because I hadn't heard much about them before. I thought maybe it was another Rupert Murdoch owned station or something. Nope. Don't just look at it as not being the major spoonfed networks controlled by $ and being smaller = no credibility.

NewsNation has minimal bias and use very few loaded words (wording that attempts to influence an audience by appeals to emotion or stereotypes). The reporting is factual and usually sourced. These are the most credible media sources.

It's unfortunate that you are sounding a lot like one of my closest friends. A great guy, very intelligent. He's an IT architect and engineer. Whenever I have these talks with him about some of this stuff that is getting serious traction, because it isn't all over mainstream media and known by everyone, it somehow smells like BS and is being shared by a bunch of grifters or whatever. I can't even bring this topic up with him anymore because he's starting to think I'm some conspiracy theorist and becoming Qanon or something.

If I'm wrong regarding this stuff and, coming out of the weekend, none of this moves the needle, I'm happy to pipe down. It's exciting and I think it's naive for you or my best friend to think that we're all alone in this universe and that the government wouldn't cover any of this up or hide it from us. "It's all a bunch of BS". I'm optimistic because the implications could be profound.

I understand if you don't want to be a part of this conversation. I'm only saying that nothing about this topic is opinion or political in nature. The news source has no opinion or political bias inserted into it. This is more of a science related topic where we could discuss the technological ramifications for society based upon what any of it potentially means. I think that's the next phase of where I'd love to see the topic of this conversation go if and when substantial evidence is presented along with transparency and alignment with leadership at the top.

Simply tabling what I'm saying as conspiracy theorist or far-fetched ignores what any of it could mean considering the strong possibilities of it being a reality due to the sheer size and time existence of the known universe. And this isn't the only sort of disclosure that's come about.

Again, my only hope is to start talking about this more when there's enough evidence to take my hopeful optimism into reality so we can think about what it may mean, good or bad. Hopefully you come back around when we get to that point. I'll avoid much more without concrete confirmations we can discuss. I think the reason for choosing Saturday is to ensure everything's lined up perfectly—verifying details, prepping the release, and making sure it reaches as many people as possible. I do think, or at least hope, this is the tip of the iceberg. Political views be damned, the upcoming administration is definitely taking about declassifying a lot of information and providing answers to the drone sightings, amongst other things specific to the UAP and NHI space. We can only wait and see.
