Ok

There are several hotels within walking distance of the arena. Just make sure you’re north of Jackson ave.

There’s also some cheaper options further away that may by the light rail. Just be careful… like most big cities parts of Phx can be more sketchy than others.

This corner of Tempe by the airport is not too bad as far as hotel prices and sketchiness goes (at least in the experience of those in my family who have stayed there)…

I decided to make the trip and here waiting in Miami to connect. 'Bone told me to give him a heads up and planning to hook up

Will keep everyone posted. At least they took care of the Zion-less Pelicans but we all know Wolves gonna be a different animal

Something I didn't think about until now but I wonder if you talked to a Suns representative and told them you are a long time fan making your first ever trip to Arizona from Barbados, maybe they could hook you up with some special arrangements at the game.

What kind of special arrangements?

Sometimes they'll let you in the player tunnel to cheer them on as they enter the court, might give you a little tour of certain areas and give you some free swag.

I hope the team shows up for you! You deserve a good game! I should have timed my return to AZ better and tried to catch the game too…I’ll be back next weekend, no home games while I’m there though.

Every time I thought about posting I would get distracted or be on the go without WiFi

The "trip was very cool"

I took everyone's advice

Like "Cap" said, I think the fact that I went knowing there's a good chance the team might not play well. I made sure to not just lock in on the game

Then 'Bone suggested Majerle's fore the game and that was cool. We barely got through eating our appetizers, American portion sizes......

Once I got to the arena, it was Team Shop for couple things then remembered "Kryptonic" said to look for the different montages around the arena. Took a minute to find them but they were cool

I misjudged Book's pregame but realized when he was wrapping up and told my girlfriend so she caught the End with an Alley Oop from assistant then shake hands routine.

Intros in person were awesome
So was Gorilla lol

The place was rocking for a bit too before our trademark 3rd quarter meltdown but nothing wasn't spoiling my night
