IMO we have as a franchise been too willing to give away our 1st round picks. Early-era Sarver was the worst, where he'd just literally sell picks for cash or trade players with picks simply to get off their salary (Kurt Thomas). But Late Sarver and now Ishbia are all too willing to throw them around like candy to get trades done.

Agree it’s underwhelming…Does Martin do anything for us that Royce doesn’t? Pretty similar sized. Can’t say I know enough about Micic. At least Martin is playable and we gave up that heavily swapped 2026 pick.

I think I would’ve preferred to just hold Nurk and gotten a better player in the summer for his expiring. Might open up a possibility of getting out of the 2nd apron next year…I’ll have to look.

He is as long as Beal and Booker remain on the team.

Thought the Martin trade meant a Grayson trade was in the works but the team is done trading. They moved off Nurk, saved some money and that's it.
