I felt like Booker had a rough game, but he ends with 22/3/5 on 50% shooting. It's great when that feels like a quiet night for him. Particularly like seeing that shooting percentage.

Chriss earned his starting spot. Bender had a rough game.

agreed, I didn't think he scored 20. Guess it was TJ who really struggled , he needs to hope the refs stop emphasizing travels because he is shuffling his feet when he makes a jab step move. Probably been called for at least two a game so far

Chriss finally looked like the guy they've been telling us about. Very nice game for him.

I think Bender had a similar night to what he has been having, but looked worse by comparison. He still has a long way to go, but it looks to me like he has the tools.

f***. Starting Chriss makes no sense in any world.
It makes sense in his. 19 points, 6 boards, and 3 blocks with a +15 in 29 minutes.

He was excellent in his first start and hit a big shot down the stretch. Bledsoe can eat a Dickensian novel.

Mike James sure knows this is his one shot and he is smart enough to play team ball to take advantage of it.

That drive and shot over Fox at the end was beautiful.

If we can get consistent play like this out of him, then a lot of possibilities open up as we trade Bledsoe. We do not have to get a pg back. One good player could really make a difference, especially a good defensive rebounding center.

Not sure how...

Edit: Nevermind. Had to download an open source image editing application (the free and awesome IrfanView) and do a little handy work.

What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

We all needed that (the players too). That game had it all. Great start and then the Kings slowly make their way back into the game. That's expected from our young team. I'm just glad they were able to hold on and get the win. It would have been pretty devastating had they lost. Even the tank commanders couldn't have minded that one. Can't lose them all. If they give this kind of effort for the rest of the season I will be happy win or lose.

The big +/- Suns players tonight:

Warren (+9 surprisingly)
Chriss (+15)
Booker (+8)
James (+11)
Len (+8)
