going to phoenix is the worst case scenario for mikal.

there should be some sense of urgency in getting a stopgap pg. guys like teodosic and jeremy lin are available. let go of okobo, this team likely to ruin him anyway.

Another fun stat: Looking at every NBA game over the next week, there isn't a home team expected to lose by more points than we are tonight, until Toronto visits the Kings next Wednesday.

Sorry, man. That really sucks! I hope you find another better one quickly.

Screw the Suns. What happened?!
Thought I was in a good place. Boss was a friend who recruited me a little over a year ago. Always assured me it wasn't a place that would up and fire you. Long story short it was. It was a new field of work to me and their training program didn't exist an d it was more figure it out on your own scenario. Like the Suns I lacked training and direction. They felt Y2J wasn't where he needed to be. Boss/friend was apparently feeling pressure to let me go. Also ike the Suns I didn't have a chance when they called me in that room.
Thanks for your condolences and well wishes. Got some soul searching to do.
Good luck. I was right there with you this past Feb. It took awhile, but it's working out now.
Thanks for the encouragement.
What would Kenny Powers do?
Cocaine and hookers. Heavy doses of both.

Hey djy2j, what was the job responsibility / title or industry?
I was a Program Manager for an Environmental Company that serviced clients nationwide and in Canada. I managed waste removal/reduction for 30 or so facilities in the Midwest. I excelled in customer service and have good people skills. I had account managing experience previously. It was a new industry for me so my knowledge of said industry was zero going in. They had no formal training. I had been hired by a friend and simply was told to keep the clients happy and learn the industry as I went. It was simply sink or swim. I felt after being there a little over a year I was getting comfortable at knowing what the hell I was talking about. They felt otherwise.
My understanding of the industry could have been better. Their communication on what the hell they expected out of me could have been better.
