Agreed. We're in the driver's seat if this deal depends on us.
I really like JJ, but like I said, he'd be a little redundant with Ball on the roster so I'm OK letting him go. Wouldn't give up a 1st tho. Remember, he was the 4th pick in his own right.
Among our 4 SF's, RPM tends to confirm what the eyeball test is telling us, namely that this is the ranking of our SFs from best to worst in terms of net effect on court:
Suns Rank / Name / SF Rank out of 89 / RPM
1. Bridges (21, .2)
2. Warren (29, -.43)
3. Oubre Jr. (72, -2.5)
4. Jackson (84, -3.54)
Honestly, I HATE most of these trade ideas about Warren. He's the 3rd best player on the team and locked into a reasonable long term contract. At the same time, I really don't place a lot of value on Oubre Jr or Jackson. Both are relatively easy to replace in terms of actual on court production (i.e. they're really bad compared to most other SFs)
Selling now on Jackson is probably a good idea. Giving Oubre a big contract is a really bad idea as a dime a dozen SF. Warren, with his high 3 point percentage and excellent ability to score around the hoop is the sort of player we cannot give away due to our miserable 3 point percentage (which neither Oubre Jr or Jackson are really helping)
Bridges looks to be a very solid 3 and D player for years to come, and potential 6th man of the year candidate if we ever have a normal rotation with Booker and Warren starting at SG and SF.

I have no problems with TJ's production and improvement. I have concerns about his role/position and whether we actually need a guy like him in order to be successful.

Especially if we are going to continue playing him at 4.

sarver needs to intervene and not let james jones make deals unsupervised. no reason to help NOLA unload their bad contracts on the suns. if lebron wants AD that bad, lakers should absorb solomon hills contract, not phx.

We're not going to continue playing him at the 4 past this season. Adding a PG and at least two legit PFs are a priority this offseason.

Getting a PG has been a priority for about 500 days. More if you didn't think Bledsoe was our answer. It was clear we needed a PF going into the off-season last year, and we did nothing about it. Keep telling yourself that we will clearly address the glaring needs we have, and you will continue to be disappointed.

Lavar Ball on the radio yelling at Doug and Wolf. Talking about changing the coaches here and having not only Lonzo come here, but all 3 of his sons here playing together to turn things around.
He's not even here and I'm already ready to blow my brains out listening to this guy.

Wolf is complimenting Lavar for not talking a lot while Lonzo has been in LA. Lavar is then yelling at him saying that he is making noise and to go to any Albertsons store to look for his water. He's such a tool that he thinks the compliments he is receiving are actually slights.

He called Luke Walton the worst coach ever for Lonzo and said he wants Phoenix because it’s a place all 3 Ball boys could play which would guarantee championship.

Yikes...Coming to Phoenix seems like it would bring lavar ball back. Not excited about that.

If the Ball brothers guaranteed a championship I’d be all for it, but they don’t. Lonzo still has a long ways to go, Liangelo wasn’t even a good college player, and LaMelo is still in high school, although he is a decent prospect.

Imagine a starting lineup of the Ball Bros, Booker and Ayton? That would be championships for nearly a decade!

Ummm.... it takes a lot of Balls to make a statement like that.

At least 3, not sure if that's healthy or not though.
