I think Brooklyn is still a playoff team going forward. They can dump Simmons to the spurs for a couple of the draft picks. Then they have a nice core and cap room to attract a superstar. Only hindrance would be their crap reputation at this point.

Ya we’ll have a pick every other year. The swap was 2028, right? I saw someone say the nets were smart to push it out when CP3 and KD would be old and gone, but they literally can only swap the 2028 pick..

I am curious if we could have traded 24, 26, 28, 30…as then I think we could have added additional swaps

I didn’t think so but apparently Bobby Marks said it became available Jan 1st…he’s not always accurate though
