I'd imagine LeBron has to stay in the East to keep going to the Finals. I think Philly is the spot, or he stays in Cleveland and they bring in a coach with some credentials like Casey. I'd love to see him go someplace like Utah tho. Mitchell, Exum, Bron, Ingles, Gobert and Snyder coaching. The idea of LeBron in Salt Lake just amuses me.
