Sure, but Curry having 2 other all-nba players on his team sure didn't hurt.
Maybe his being unselfish and a good teammate helped one of those guys develop into an All-NBA guy, and helped convince the other All-NBA guy to want to come join them in free agency.

They drafted both while they were still not even making the playoffs.

I'd love to have PJ Tucker. Suns need more players to make up for Ayton's lack of testosterone.

Agreed. Carter and Gallo/Nader work under the CBA, but we'd need to send HOU some value (a couple of seconds I guess).

Oh, no. I'm not advocating a trade for him. Buyout market only, just like LMA.

I have no interest in PJ. None. There’s not a player in the rotation I’d want him taking minutes from. Not even Nader. Not a single minute. Please don’t acquire inferior talent with an attitude.
Also, this made me chuckle randomly showed up on my Twitter

This is how I feel but if he were bought out and came here with no guarantees regarding minutes or role, I'd take him. Keep him from going to another team and, at some point perhaps, he'll come in handy should we find ourselves in a tough series where we might need the body and vet know-how/respect.

I like Tucker, but we’re loaded at SF right now. Not sure he fills an urgent need.

I'm going to say PJ is not what we need right now. Crowder does everything better than him. We need a point guard for the future and/or a notable backup big for insurance on ours. Add to that the Lakers are a big team and we can do more mix and match against them.

Crowder, Johnson, Bridges, Nader, Saric would all be ahead of him in the rotation at the 3/4 spots. Just no reason to add him other than nostalgia for an ex-Sun. Let’s fill our spot with a player who would fill an actual hole such as an athlete (who has more talent than Jones did) at the 5 spot for insurance.

This team needs a big body at the 4 and maybe some extra PG help. Can we squeeze Ibaka in here somehow?

Ibaka chose the Clippers in the offseason to play with Kawhi. He’s not going anywhere.

Poor Embiid. Hope he's okay. Surprised there aren't more injuries like that given the physical and fast nature of the game these days.
