Excited about the trade, but, this does hit hard.

Yea…. Gonna miss the guy, will go down as one of my favorite suns of all time. Total class act and genuinely fun to see on and off the court.

The real question is… when will KD suit up?
Agree. He’s this ERAs Matrix except even better without all the whining

The price you pay to acquire a superstar. I wish it wasn't Mikal but you weren't getting Durant for Crowder, Saric, Cam Payne and picks.

After the all star break…Is KD a West all star now? Does the west get to replace him?
There’s still a non-zero chance that on a team with Chris Paul, Devin Booker, and Kevin Durant, that Deandre Ayton could be our only All-Star this year. ;)

Ok that would be funny, but KD is still technically an all-star

Yeah I realized that as soon as I posted it. Although technically he was chosen as a Net.

2/26 @Milwaukee, Sunday afternoon on ABC sounds like a great game for KD to make his debut

Stupid fucking move. We aren't going to have any assets when booker is in him prime and those old farts retire.
Just waking up to this so I'm sure someone has said this, but... if we don't win in the next 3 years, Booker will be traded to recoup some of the lost assets.
Nah.

We’ve got Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, and Deandre Ayton signed through 2026
It. Is. Time. 52 years in the making. Let's. Do. This!

My son was legit upset this am.
How could you not? Mikal was the most likable guy on the team.

I guess I'm Twitter illiterate. I don't see the KD response.

I can't all be pleasure. There's gotta be some hurt too.

OK, I didn't realize that easymoneysniper was KD. BTW, I'm becoming totally desensitized to the N word as I'm almost finished reading Roots and it is used constantly by both races in the book. Not that I'm going to start using it but it helps explain to me how it is still used in the black community today. Still a derogatory term, I see.

I'm not sure if this has been discussed already, but I'm curious whether the plan was to get Kyrie and then try and nab KD before the deadline? If so, was that even a viable option given what we'd have to give up? Conversely, were we never seriously in the market for Kyrie and instead waiting for things to play out in the hope that the Nets would cash in on KD?

If it's the former, you have to wonder how it will affect CP3 psychologically knowing that he isn't the preferred option? Will he be fully bought into this or will it create cracks in his relationship with the organisation?

Saw this on another site. Pretty funny:

Suns starting lineup is so old they have a guy who played for Seattle and a guy who played for the OKC Hornets.

CP3 primary focus is a ring bud
He ain't in his feelings about anything right now
