The Good: Signing Isaiah Thomas, drafting T.J. Warren, Rich Paul, #wewriteouronchapter
The Bad: Eric Bledsoe extension
The Ugly: Drafting Tyler Ennis, Morris Twins extension
How can "Rich Paul, #wewriteouronchapter" be good but "Eric Bledsoe extension" be bad?
i'm guessing inf's perspective is that, for rich paul and eric bledsoe, they accomplished exactly what they wanted in forcing the suns' hands and getting that contract, so that's a notch in their collective belts. the bad is pretty straight forward...

Living in the moment versus looking at the big picture.

Quick thought:

Its the ten year anniversary of the 04-05 team. Probably my favorite season in Suns history.

And amazing enough, most of the players are still around. Nash is in L.A. Amare is in NY. Joe's in Brooklyn. Marion is in Cleveland. Barbosa is in Golden State.

I liked '05-06 even better, but yes, 04-05 was really special. An all-time squad.

Bittersweet. All still in the league, but not here. :-/

Boris Diaw delivered one of all-time favorite Suns performances over the course of that season.

you forgot "one of MY favorite". (deleted?) no wonder your sentence looks askew.

I fell in love with Boris too. I was infuriated by his overweight and the lack of on court chemistry with Amare.

I've always wondered what would have happened if we had traded Amare instead of Marion (not necessarily for Shaq), given Boris the center spot, and gotten a solid rebounder/defender to put with them.

I've said this before, but now with this kind of hindsight.... they are both Championship level players, and we basically couldn't wait to show either one of them the door.

When there were rumors about a KG trade I felt moving Amare made more sense than Marion, but supposedly Garnett wanted to play 'with the big fella'. The defense would have been unreal, and with Nash and the rest of the roster you know scoring wouldn't have been a problem.

T.J. Warren with a fractured left thumb.

http://www.azcentral.com/story/sports/n ... /17761401/
Warren suffered the injury during Tuesday night's preseason win against the Lakers. He originally thought his left thumb got caught in an opponent's jersey but video showed it jamming into a Lakers player.

06 was more of a "feel good" story but didnt have talent of 05 with no Joe and especially no Amare.

Oh...I still miss Amare. Sure he had his bad habits but it was so much fun to watch his nasty dunks over and over again.

And we havent played a single playoff game since he left :(

You don't like the bird logo? I think it is the best in the whole L.

Funny you mention that because I prefer the black and the bird logo.

Terrible news on T.J. Whats the time table on that, would of had a great opportunity at Run while Tucker was suspended.
