Killer? I wouldn't go that far, but I do think Trey Lyles wasn't the best move for them.

It's not like there was a lot left on paper anyway, and nobody looks like a better fit than Booker if you want to add to what they already had before Exum went down. Dekker, RHJ, Oubre, Payne, Lyles himself could be used on that roster but I don't know if at that range it is wise to pass on the alleged best shooter in the class. He would have made a nice G-SF rotation off the bench with Hood.

LeBron is doing Cleveland the same thing Vince Carter did to the Raptors. Fortunately for him, Irving and Love are allstar talent, but paying 13+ per for TT is insanity after the l-tax.

He's a Rich Paul client. He gets what he wants.

This kingpin stuff that Lebron and his posse are trying to pull is bad for the NBA. I hope they all get blackballed and shut out of future negotiations or something.

His posse is worthless without Lebron. As soon as the "king" hit the ground, so this joke of agency will do as well. But I can see why he is trying to extract all the value he can from his current position, an athletes time is very short.

It's not kosher that LeBron is tied in so tightly with Rich Paul and his clients. It seems to be a conflict of interest if you ask me. I'm wondering if he get a cut from Paul?

I don't think he gets, or needs, a cut from Rich Paul. And there isn't anything the league can do about it. They can stop other team execs from tampering, but they can't stop players from talking or planning with each other, or stopping a player from working with his own FO to get or keep a player. It's something that's worrisome but I don't think overly concerning because there aren't many players that wield as much power as LeBron; or, FOs/owners that enable that kind of atmosphere the way the Cavs have with LeBron.

I'd love, as much as anyone, for the Cavs to just say TT isn't worth the max and stick to their guns. But they know LeBron will pout and threaten to leave and Gilbert won't allow that.

Why would he need a cut from Rich Paul?

He makes A TON of money playing basketball, and even more outside of basketball.

He's exerting whatever pressure he can on the team that he can to make sure they put the best team they can out on the court now.

Who said he needs it? That has nothing to do with it. It's just another scorecard for these guys.

Let me guess. We have Archie's dunk on JV, something from Green, Dragic and all the buzzer beaters that stupidly went in against us.

Close, off the backboard pass to himself by green, Archie's dunk and the 4 buzzer beaters.

Loved LeBron's no looking pass as well as Ricky's and Trevor Booker circus buzzer beater. The Jazz have a lot of stuff and that's with blocks mostly left out.

Had to think hard about what made that Kobe FT so special, even checked if he shot it with his eyes closed like MJ did. Turns out it was the point that put him over Jordan. Vucevic on Pau is reminiscent of Ewing on Mourning.

Curry's handles are absurd, he trully is Nash-like. AD's three to beat the Thunder has to be the toughest legitimate one made last season.

I guess 14-15 was a nice season if you are not a Suns, Lakers or Knicks fan.

https://twitter.com/sam_amick/status/634552036697108480 Huh. Guess that NTC is their way of saying, "Sorry you didn't get the long term, high dollar deal you wanted, but uh... we promise not to trade you this year and next."

A knucklehead the calibre of JR Smith is one of the players no one should ever give a no trade clause to
