Utah connection with Hornacek I bet. Didn't love Price when he was here.

Maybe just kind of blah.

Even Kendall Marshall would have been OK as a 3rd pg.

Not loving the Ronnie Price move. There are better minimum backup PGs available.

Price is a good athlete playing basketball. And that's not a compliment. He can play some defense and hits treys every once in awhile.
Well, so much for hopes and dreams ...

Seems like it's part of the attempt to create a better veteran culture here, to bring in high character guys.

It looks like DeAndre Jordan is going to re-sign with the Clippers after all. The Clips essentially have him holed up in his house so the Mavs can't talk to him. It's pretty crazy.
The talk is Dallas will go for Seraphin if they don't get Jordan

If you get some sewage in your glass water, you don't keep adding water to dilute it.

Agreed. I just bought into the explanation he didn't get along with Chris Paul.

Mav fan is probably upset, but they really shouldn't be. The Jordan signing did very little for them. They're mediocre with or without him.

In that respect, sure, but they missed out on a lot of other players under the assumption that Jordan was signing with them.

By the way, this may end up helping the Suns. The Mavs will be desperate to sign and trade Chandler now to create a trade exception. We can pick up an asset for doing them that favor.

Or Chandler goes home to Dallas and we get screwed again and end up with nothing again.

Sounds familiar from Suns' history.

Yeah, John Salmons did that to us. Quite annoying.

;) You know very well who I'm talking about.

Besides, Salmons was holed up with God.
