Cool. Thanks for pointing that out. I'm sure it will have a big impact on future posts.Flagrant Fowl wrote: ↑Thu May 16, 2024 4:22 pmI know it's the offseason for us, but pondering trades between the Suns and Cavs is an even higher level of pointlessness than the typical trade banter.
Great. The top strategy guy is going to come in and tell the owner it’s not a good idea to trade away four firsts, nine swaps, and six net seconds in one year, not to mention paying a guy $31M for one year of coaching, if you’re not assembling a juggernaut. Uh… too late.
You're welcome. I'll be here to remind you just in case.Superbone wrote: ↑Fri May 17, 2024 3:07 pmCool. Thanks for pointing that out. If you can't beat 'em, join 'em.
A lot of that is just poor offensive sets though. He is drifting in the mid-range when he shouldn't be. He shouldn't be used in DHO.Shabazz wrote: ↑Sun May 12, 2024 3:29 pmEubanks’ defense was worse than I thought it would be and he’s not a good defensive rebounder.
He just doesn’t have a good feel for the game. It’s not about getting him the ball late in the clock, it’s about getting him the ball where he has to make decisions on the fly. He’s limited to catching and finishing and he hurts our spacing because the defense knows it.
TIL that Eubanks is .383 from 3 in his career. I had no idea.INFORMER wrote: ↑Sat May 18, 2024 12:24 pmA lot of that is just poor offensive sets though. I don't really agree with the decision to take his and Nurk's green light to launch threes. If we don't waive Eubanks, I think you have to try to leverage that undeveloped part of his game. Otherwise, just keep him in the dunker's spot or have him dive off of every screen.
Eubanks becoming a three point threat wasn't on my bingo card.Cap wrote: ↑Sat May 18, 2024 12:32 pmTIL that Eubanks is .383 from 3 in his career. Admittedly, small sample size. 18-47 total. 3-3 with us.
Absolutely better than Indy, but they had the second best offense in the league. Way ahead of the Suns. Shel's only brought up defense, but those athletic guys help them create transition chances.
