Pretty sure FF teaches in South Korea at some point. That’s how I understood the flag.
A place for fans of the Phoenix Suns

Agreed.specialsauce wrote: ↑Sun Jul 12, 2026 6:23 amThis is a stupid thing to be wasting multiple posts on.
Has nothing to do with Korean disrespect. It's an inside joke, if you will, because I personally know FF. It's a geographical reference. Nothing more. You felt offended by it and I didn't give context in the post that offended you. My apologies.virtual9mm wrote: ↑Sat Jul 11, 2026 11:18 pmGood of you to apologize. TBH, I saw that Korean flag on the post and was like WTF is this shit. Thought it better to wait until later to bring this up but it's completely inappropriate here.AmareIsGod wrote: ↑Sat Jul 11, 2026 7:50 pmProbably just the timing. Right after my post(s) about how I felt about being a fan of the team after such a shitty trade. Not your fault. I had a few beers after the shit trade and probably let it out poorly towards several folks here, you included. Apologies.Flagrant Fowl wrote: ↑Mon Jun 29, 2026 6:23 pmI didn't mention you at all.AmareIsGod wrote: ↑Mon Jun 29, 2026 6:06 pmAwesome. Bravo. Glad you could contribute. It's like being a street evangelist. No one wants to hear that.Nobody said I'm no longer a fan. Just that this is a bullshit decision by the FO. Remove all of the domestic violence shit and it's still a bullshit basketball decision. Care to argue otherwise? But I'm glad you felt the need to call me out. Take a bow. The Internet is a place to dump a whole lot of bullshit. Calling me out in the process of doing so, dumping my corny shit in the Internet, in a corner of the Internet with a limited audience... Well done.
BTW, I am a Korean by birth, American by nationality, and Hong Konger by permanent residence.
I do think the overall theme of the stories has trended positive on the trade, but imo that's not because you are slanting the news, more likely because the overall content being put out by the Suns and their associated media and fans try to talk about things in a positive light when talking about our team. I have also seen you post several articles and links about criticism or problems with Bridges, so as I say, I don't think you are injecting bias or wishful thinking in your article posts.
Ok, this is fine, then. Without the context, it sounds as if you're putting FF down for being Korean. Thanks for the apology.AmareIsGod wrote: ↑Sun Jul 12, 2026 7:38 amHas nothing to do with Korean disrespect. It's an inside joke, if you will, because I personally know FF. I'll say one thing. If Ishbia wanted to fracture the fan base and alienate some pretty substantial shards of it, he is doing a good job of it.Mori Chu wrote: ↑Sun Jul 12, 2026 8:08 amI do think the overall theme of the stories has trended positive on the trade, but imo that's not because you are slanting the news, more likely because the overall content being put out by the Suns and their associated media and fans try to talk about things in a positive light when talking about our team. I appreciate all the time and work you invest in posting news and content here, Bone. The site would not be the same at all without you. Please feel free to continue posting news about Bridges here. And similarly, folks who are upset about Bridges coming to our team can keep posting about that. If anybody gets sick of anything, there is always the button to mute a thread, or mute a given poster. Or take a break. Peace and love <3
I wish that were true but I doubt it. My understanding is that it's taking longer to complete due to the other teams involved. But we'll see, I guess. We went a whole week without a press conference or comment on the trade. The Suns have to know how controversial it is and be strategizing on how to tackle said controversy. The Michigan State angle doesn't help anything.virtual9mm wrote: ↑Sun Jul 12, 2026 8:50 amI'll say one thing. I bet they are looking for a way to reroute Bridges.
I'd be very surprised if you guys were right.virtual9mm wrote: ↑Sun Jul 12, 2026 9:00 amI bet that they are going to attach additional assets to offload him to a third destination.
That's where I'm at.Wally_West wrote: ↑Sun Jul 12, 2026 9:54 amNo universe where bridges is getting rerouted. He’s a sun for next season. Gotta accept it already.
I like your optimism!specialsauce wrote: ↑Sun Jul 12, 2026 10:11 amIt's going to be really interesting to see this board when we win it all next season and Bridges is finals MVP
I didn't see that. That's a very strong indicator then.
Absolutely. Imagine using an unprotected '33 pick to acquire a guy you will try to flip later. This is copium of the highest purity around laced with a bit of hopium hahaWally_West wrote: ↑Sun Jul 12, 2026 9:54 amNo universe where bridges is getting rerouted. He’s a sun for next season.
