Holy S*** what a crazy morning for CLE. They are holding a straight up fire sale. This is amazing. Once the dust settles I want to know how many players from their current roster are even there from the start of the season? It'll just be Lebron standing in a pile of rubble.

Wow. I love these trades for all teams, except Utah. I think the Lakers are the big winners, scoring picks and cap space (how do they get people to make trades like this with them time after time??). The Cavs, well, the return is mixed, but I do like it a lot that they are just saying "F*** it" and blowing it up. That's EXACTLY what they should be doing. They know it isn't going to happen for them this year, so they can't just sit here and do nothing. They need some players who are actual assets who can play for them going forward.

I don't really get the trade for Utah. What is the thinking on their end?

Not sure what Utah is doing. They must have already decided they aren't paying Hood this summer. Crowder can be a decent rotation guy and is on a great contract. They took a chance that he'd improve by playing in Snyder's system. Kinda an underwhelming move but it's not terrible.

Cleveland made out in this one. They land Hood and Hill and clear out Shumpert, Crowder and Rose.

I don't know if this works for Cleveland, but kudos to them for trying. If LeBron leaves they may have a decent team still next year.

I don't get this from Cleveland's perspective. Clarkson is nice but has a significant contract going forward and doesn't do anything for their defensive issues. Nance is young and athletic and probably helps them more than Clarkson, but was he worth taking on a contract and giving up a 1st?

They need another ball handler.

IT is just an expiring contract to LA, he won't be there in the summer.

Didn't realize Wade was only making 2 million. Trade can be done pretty easily. Heat might even have a trade exception to acquire him.

The Raptors are trading Caboclo to the Kings for Malachi Richardson. I've always like Caboclo -- I wish we could have given him minutes here to see if he could put it together. He always seems like he's a year or two away, every year.
