"Of course it looks bad. Everything I do looks bad."
Poor, poor, picked-upon Markieff.

I guess Watson's rule of the players only saying positive, uplifting things to each other didn't translate onto the court. Well, then again, he said they couldn't make fun of each other. Never said anything about shoving and fighting.
Coro tweeted: Watson is pointing out that Morris and Goodwin are as close any teammates on the team. "The team is not split."
Archie and Kieff being close is what I, and some others, suspected and aren't happy about. Now if/when we trade Keiff, does Archie sulk? Did the Morris' Bros infect Archie? At this point, I'm ready to send Archie off. Let him play out the rest of the year, lift his numbers up and then trade him for a pick. Some guys got it, some don't. I'll take a less talented player who's more in line with Booker than a more talented player who gravitates towards guys like the Morris Bros. Booker's a rookie, two years younger than Archie (who's now in his 3rd year) and acts 10 years older.
My only hope is that none of this affects Booker.
Let me also say, we're getting what we deserve. We gave in and apologized for this guy, made up with him and Watson handed the team over to him and this is how he acts. He can't even keep it together a week and goes after a 21 yr old. And now, despite his play and solid numbers which could've helped up his value, he pulls this. If I'm another GM, I'm looking at this and saying "This goes beyond a coaching/management dispute. This guy is nuts." You could at least chalk the previous stuff up to the beef with Hornacek or being mad at the FO for trading his brother. Now there's no excuse. Cut your losses, trade him for air, and move on. He's poison.

The timing couldn't be worse. They were starting him and he was producing right before the All Star break and the trade deadline and then he pulls this?
I am going to throw a party when he is finally gone.

I feel like this latest incident with Markieff is being way overblown by fans and media. It was nothing that is going to hang over the team. It only looks bad when you put the background of everything else that's been done. There are no lingering ill feelings between Archie and Markieff.

There doesn't have to be any lingering feelings between the two but do you see other successful teams having blow ups on the bench? Overblown? Not really. Successful, well run organization with
professionals don't have/allow repeated incidents. I'm disgusted with the team, our
coach, handcuffed GM and
owner.

As a whole, what Markieff as done hasn't been overblown, but this particular incident is nothing and has nothing to do with the future. Besides, I'm guessing that he's seen his last day in a Suns uniform. [crossing fingers]
