4/54 for Marvin Williams. Not bad, I thought he might get more. I mean, Solo just got 4/52.

Think Kobe is regretting retiring?

Biyombo is a terrific complemet to a stretch 4. This gives you a pair that is limited on offense, although with well defined roles. While the defense and rebounding become actually stengths. Vuc off the bench.
Ibaka is supposedly angry at being marginalized in OKC (I don't agree, btw) and Orlando will give him touches in the paint. This could be ugly with Biyombo being essentially a zero and Ibaka historically a poor post player who now could very well be facing the attention of two defenders in the pain. It has a better shot at working with Vuc and his ace midrange shot. Ibaka is the only defender but at least rebounding is still there.
He dropped 60 on his way out. He regrets nothing hahahaSuperbone wrote:He's doing alright.da_suns_fan wrote:AND next year and the year after that and the year after that.Hermen wrote:Ryan Anderson got 4yr/80mil from Houston. It's good to be a free agent this year.

That's about right. Most people during the season thought someone would throw $20 million at him.Hermen wrote:Ryan Anderson got 4yr/80mil from Houston. It's good to be a free agent this year.
I was thinking the same thing, Gene.Uncle_Gene wrote:I wonder if that means Nikola Vucevic is available. But you're right, it doesn't make sense.carey wrote:Biyombo is going to the Magic for 4/70. I have no idea why they would do that after trading Oladipo for Ibaka, but whatever.
Nothing bargain about that. Williams is a pretty mediocre role player. Had a decent year last season though.Ring_Wanted wrote:Bargain.
Marvin Williams has agreed to a four-year, $54.5M deal to return to the Charlotte Hornets.
Horford is a great fit for Boston, but tying up nearly $30 million in Horford, who is weak on the boards and a mediocre scorer is tough to swallow. And I'm not sure there is enough to there to lure Durant. Boston still doesn't have a star, and I don't know if Durant wants to try to win a championship with a bunch of really good role players.bajanguy008 wrote:Well choosing to sign Dwight to 3 for $70 mil lead to them trying a juggling act then with Paul and Horford money so not surprised one leaving

Al Horford plans to sign a four-year, $113M deal with the Boston Celtics, league sources tells @TheVertical.
They whiffed on everyone. He is all that is left. They likely won't even get him.INFORMER wrote:https://twitter.com/ESPNSteinLine/status/749390641621135360 Why not? They gave Parsons a max deal two summers ago, why not repeat history and max another role player.
