Around the League: Offseason
Re: Around the League: Offseason
Ya OKC just accumulating ridiculous amounts of picks...at some point someone will come available and OKC can throw a million picks at them.
Re: Around the League: Offseason
I don't get why teams just keep getting bent over by the Lakers. That's an absolute trash deal for OKC. Green, trash. The 28th pick in this draft, trash. OKC can fuck all the way off with their now 15 first round picks in the next 6 years. And yes I know "they did it for cap space." I guess they feel the NBA is going to expand the roster to 37 here soonIndy wrote: ↑Sun Nov 15, 2020 10:04 amYeah. If they knew they weren't/couldn't resign Schroder, then getting a pick for him and then being able to flip Green for another pick at the deadline, they basically turned a dead asset into 2 picks.

Re: Around the League: Offseason
This actually costs them cap space. Green and Schroder make the same amount and both expire after the 20-21 season. But they added the salary for the 28th pick.djy2j wrote: ↑Sun Nov 15, 2020 11:14 amI don't get why teams just keep getting bent over by the Lakers. That's an absolute trash deal for OKC. I am not saying it is bad, but it doesn't look to be a cap space move.
Re: Around the League: Offseason
OKC gets worse and the champions get better. I know it’s not the first instance of this but I’m sick of seeing top teams fleece other teams in the same conference.

Re: Around the League: Offseason
Makes more sense now.
Re: Around the League: Offseason
this is going to be such a fun off-season
Re: Around the League: Offseason
Harden trade coming soon. Do we think Philly or Brooklyn? I’d take Ben Simmons and not look back. Tops Lavert/Dinwiddie/Allen IMO
Re: Around the League: Offseason
Ariza got his deal guaranteed with this trade. Extends his streak of stealing money from teams to 3 years.
