This made me laugh. Mikal is a good dude and I trust that he'll put in the work.

The last pic is great…score reads 64-18 to showcase the regular season record but Mikal tagged Dallas under 64 and us under 18

He'd be crazy to accept less than the max. Someone will absolutely pay Ayton the max, whether it's us or another team.

Only takes one dumb team.

Hope they enjoy when their new max C fades away from or gets boxed out by a 6'3" guard.

How old is Ayton?
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

Which personality?
"There are 3 rules I live by: never get less than 12 hours sleep, never play cards with a guy with the same first name as a city & never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Everything else is cream cheese."
Re: Suns Off-Season Thread
And don't 4 have enough cap room? One of them has to be dumb enough to offer him it, right? Detroit?

Re: Suns Off-Season Thread
Yeah, four teams and three "max-level" players by my count. Detroit or Indiana are most likely to go after Ayton, but there could be a chance one of them tries to move up in the draft to take one of the top 3 guys. I think that would probably be a wiser move, but we all know my take on Ayton as a max player.

Re: Suns Off-Season Thread
Can someone pull up how Ayton thanks for freethow attempts per game among league centers...?
Re: Suns Off-Season Thread
I don't think I saw him thank the ref, not even a single time!Vladimir_Taltos wrote: ↑Sat May 21, 2022 7:31 amCan someone pull up how Ayton thanks for freethow attempts per game among league centers...?

18th per gameVladimir_Taltos wrote: ↑Sat May 21, 2022 7:31 amCan someone pull up how Ayton thanks for freethow attempts per game among league centers...?
39th per 100 possessions
Re: Suns Off-Season Thread
Would you guys do Harrison Barnes and the 4th pick for Ayton in a S&T….you’d just have to take whoever Sacramento picked at 4 as the draft is before FA, but another move I thought of. Thought about Holmes and 4, but don’t think Sacramento has enough cap space for that move…though you could get creative with a previous trade to help them clear space.
Re: Suns Off-Season Thread
Depends on what we'd do at the C position, Ivey at 4 or whatever big may be left if Ivey goes higher could definitely entice me. Barnes is a monster upgrade over Jae.Split T wrote: ↑Sat May 21, 2022 9:39 amWould you guys do Harrison Barnes and the 4th pick for Ayton in a S&T….you’d just have to take whoever Sacramento picked at 4 as the draft is before FA, but another move I thought of. Isaiah Hartenstein would be my target at C

Being a ref has always been a thankless job.Mori Chu wrote: ↑Sat May 21, 2022 7:53 amI don't think I saw him thank the ref, not even a single time!Vladimir_Taltos wrote: ↑Sat May 21, 2022 7:31 amCan someone pull up how Ayton thanks for freethow attempts per game among league centers...?

Ya I’ll have to check that out…he’s pretty good with the cap stuff so he should be able to clear up any questions and give us an idea of all our optionsz
