The obvious solution to that would be to give their incentive to lose back to them. In other words, get some of those picks from Houston and give them back to Brooklyn.

I wonder if KD requested a trade or just flat out requested a trade to the Suns and won't accept anything else. That's a really big difference if you're the Nets.

The Nets should take as long as they can in hopes of getting more/better bidders. And they are already in a bad place since KD was public with his trade request and picked a team. I will start to worry on the 8th as the moratorium lifts and especially the 9th when the deals already made become official and teams can start making moves again.
