He's a beyond-elite passer and an above-average defender. He also seems to be a good team player and locker room guy. We need all of those things badly from our PG position. His shooting is dreadful; that's obviously his biggest flaw, and it is tough to mitigate. But I think I'd rather have to work with that big flaw than the big flaws our existing guards suffer from. I just really want an elite passing PG on this team again.
