Me either, but the Knicks signed Amare after his microfracture surgery and that turned out alright... wait.

What deal? Conley's? Gasol's? Iverson's? The link doesn't work for me.

Chandler Parsons, who will miss the remainder of the season after knee surgery, according to a tweet that has been disputed and deleted.

Oh, right. So much crazy contracts floating around, even by these new age standards. Noah, Deng, Chandler, Conley, JR Smith, Mozgov, Mahinmi...

If anyone is reading this board and not watching the Warriors game, you should turn to it now.

Klay ended up with 60 points. WOW. I had to Google for Steph Curry's career high, and it's 54 in 2013 against the Knicks. Klay had 40 by halftime and got his 60 in only 29 minutes. Amazing.

It should also be noted that Russell Westbrook has 6 straight triple-doubles, which is completely nuts.

45 assists, 11 turnovers for the Warriors. That's like 2 games-worth for the Suns in reverse.

Could be worse for our Suns. Pacers were already down 30 at halftime.

Klay had his 60 points in 29 minutes. WOW. Kobe got his 81 in 42 minutes. I actually have more respect for a coach/team/player who sits instead of chasing a record.

No way. One of the scarce smart players we have. Plays hard, knows his limitations, does his work and passesthe damn ball. 10M per for production @ 24 minutes is cheap today. Perfect playholder for Bender.

Noah, Deng, and Chandler all provide the same stuff, while being much much better players than Duds. Conley is one of the top 3 players on a playoff team. JR smith is a starter for the defending champs.

I agree that the contracts are big, and that's not how I would have spent the money. But if you can justify 30 million for a guy you hope won't play much beyond this season, then surely you can understand the reasoning behind those other contracts.

I like Dudley and don't think his contract is hurting us. He is a productive role player with a great attitude who will do what's best for the team.

I'd love to see the number of shots difference as well. I'm sure Klay was MUCH more efficient.

Dudley's contract is perfectly fine in the new salary paradigm.

Here's everybody to score 60 or more:

http://www.basketball-reference.com/pla ... der_by=pts

Kobe took 46 to Klas' 33, which is in line with the minutes. Kobe was actually pretty efficient in most of his big scoring games. It's the games when his shot wasn't falling that make him so hateable. Kobe does have the distinction of the worst shooting game on that list, a .440 game in which he scored 60. Other than that, they are all very good shooting performances.

BTW, Russell Westbrook opened the season against us with a 51-point game on 17-44 FG (.386). It's the only time in NBA history someone has scored more than 50 and shot less than .400.
