I love how genuinely happy all of his teammates are for him.
Brandon Knight is ripped in that photo. Too bad it isn't gonna do him any good.

He's got a 70 mil contract. He's fine. I hope he does well for another team, I really do. Seems like a nice guy and hard worker.

My original comment was about his ability to show his skills on the court. I have always been a bit of a BK apologist on this board and I absolutely want to see him do well in this league. My ideal scenario is for him to play well and get traded for a future draft pick or two. I'm willing to take first rounders from far down the line, say 2022 and beyond. We can't take that many young players in the immediate future and need ways to restock when we actually become successful anyway.

But it's too bad that that won't be happening. A man can dream though.

Another crazy thing is that the other guys who scored 70+ are all scoring leaders or very close to it. Devin is way younger and scores way less on average. That was the ultimate "Turning it up" game.

I know it was already said, but hearing the Celtic fans cheer him was amazing. And the instagram comment was perfect.

Finally saw the game. Pretty amazing. Loved the absolute bombs towards the end. I don't see the timeouts and fouling towards the end being all that abnormal. The way he was hitting the Suns were technically within striking distance so who cares?

Booker even missed a few bunnies and still got 70. The next time someone from Boston touts Marcus Smart as a lock down defender please show them the video.

Got no problem with Booker's efficiency at this point. Just the fact that he is carrying a team at his age is outstanding. His ability to create and to make tough shots is entering superstar territory right in front of our eyes. %s will come in due time, and better teammates/system will only help. In the meantime, teams are throwing at him the likes of Smart, Crowder, MKG, etc, and he is outplaying them, sometimes in a Kobe-esque fashion. Armani is the shit.

What's with Durant's team on that list?

TOT?

Maybe because that was in Seattle, they prefer to use "That Other Team" to hide their sins???

It is for "Total" when it spans different teams (Sonics, Thunder).

I love this stuff, if only for the hope that it projects a great future for Devin Booker. Of course I want him to end up being one of the best ever and brings a title or titles to the Suns.

Just went back and watched the 2nd half of the game with the Celtics broadcast. They had a lot of good things to say about Booker.

From 'To Catch A Predator' to defending Booker. He's a hero.
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

LazarusLong wrote:"The question now is will Devin Booker ever get more than 70?"

I think the real question is will he continue develop as a multi-dimensional player.

Will he continue to work on stamina/fitness? How about defense? Overall decision-making?

For example, when his long-range shot isn't falling, will he work on defense, distribution and the short-game?
That's what Larry Bird did when his shot wasn't falling.

I hope he does. He has great potential, but he's far from being a finished product.

Right now, on this team, this franchise, he's a one-eyed man in a kingdom of the blind.
