ROY, here we come!
A place for fans of the Phoenix Suns

Yikes. Its clear. He needs to focus on his defense and let his offense come in the flow.specialsauce wrote:Josh is on an islandcarey wrote:https://twitter.com/NBA_Math/status/930465367142445057 Well, that's not good.
Probably Len. We don't even know how this advanced stat works. That's mostly my point. I wouldn't put too much stock into it.Cap wrote:Well, somebody has to be our best defender. Who do you think it is?Split T wrote:That same stat listed Chriss as our best defender, so I wouldn't put too much stock in it
Chriss is leading us in blocks by a wide margin and has one of the best (OK, least bad) +/-s on the team.
I'd like to think McD would have taken Tatum if he had the opportunity but we'll never know.TheOriginalOriginal wrote:Better than Tatum they said...
His make the Celtics miss the meeting ruse says otherwise.Superbone wrote:I'd like to think McD would have taken Tatum if he had the opportunity but we'll never know.TheOriginalOriginal wrote:Better than Tatum they said...
It’s a bit early for this kind of retcon. The official story is that we loved Jackson (projected at 3), and that we stole him from the Celtics with the workout shenanigans. We wanted his personality, defense, and ball handling more than Tatums size and iso scoring ability.Superbone wrote:I'd like to think McD would have taken Tatum if he had the opportunity but we'll never know.TheOriginalOriginal wrote:Better than Tatum they said...
It's not how you start but how you finish. I agree that it is too early to say that Tatum is ultimately better than Jackson. Let's give them three years and then see where we're at.O_Gardino wrote:It’s a bit early for this kind of retcon. There’s no denying that Tatum is having an infinitely better season so far. In Jackson’s defense, we are just kind of throwing him to the wolves with our second unit. We could really be putting him in a better position to succeed.
The council has met several times in executive session in recent weeks to discuss the proposed renovation. The council action Tuesday raises questions about the Suns' future in Phoenix if a deal isn't done.
The two sides are reportedly far apart on the terms of the deal.

I've never lived in phoenix, but I don't know if I could remain a Suns fan if they were to move.Superbone wrote:Phoenix breaks off talks with Suns over arena overhaul

This is discouraging. Can't reasonable people come to some sort of agreement.jonh wrote:Interesting.Superbone wrote:Phoenix breaks off talks with Suns over arena overhaul
