Did Doris just talk her way into saying Becky didn't deserve to coach the preseason game based on merit but only because she was a woman?
What an odd rambling mess that was.

There's no excuse for an NBA team to be down 47 points. I hope this hammers home what a shitty job McDonough has done to Sarver.

That dubious +/- record Warren recently set? A few of his teammates are poised to break it.

We need to get Chriss back in there so he can break Warren's record.

And then call a timeout with like 15 seconds left and have an assistant tell Chriss he has to hit the bike after the game and watch the fireworks.

We need a defensive minded head coach.
Oh and more talent that would help as well.

Do we get extra losses in the standings for losing by 50?

But hey, we want to hold onto Chriss because we view him as a part of the core going forward. This dude has got to be one of the worst in the league.
He needs to go back to shining Ainge's shoes and take his shitty brother with him.

They've hit rock bottom and continue to dig.
Suns are on pace to win 26 games.
Oh, but there's more ...
Given the current pace, this would mean that four of the five worst records were "achieved" in the last six seasons.
The person I really, truly feel sorry for is Al McCoy.
In the twilight years of his career, he's faced with trying to describe this hot, ugly mess of a franchise, trying gamely to put in the best light possible.

In the 90s, I used to read my Petersen's, Street and Smith's, and Publications International's yearly Basketball Almanacs and laugh at the scouting reports on the Clippers and Mavericks in particular. Hell, I remember watching the early-mid 90s Mavs on TV.
I can't laugh anymore, now that I know what it's like. We suck, we've been sucking. I remember being really excited when McD was hired--simply for the reason that he wasn't Lance Blanks.
Lately though, I feel like that's akin to saying that the shit I took today was better than the one I took yesterday. Oof.

BOOOOOOOOOOO! What a disgrace! Anyone finding a silver lining in this loss is kidding themselves. Losing this badly isn’t helping anyone. The goal is to get a good draft pick but also be competitive and develop. There is no development in that loss. This is a team in complete utter disarray. Injuries aside the non injured players aren’t playing hard.
Chriss- needs a message sent by sending him to the GLeague with parting words of “this is where you’ll be after your contract is up if you don’t start getting serious about your career.
Bender- seems to look alert and play hard but he just sucks at just about everything right now. I now get why he hasn’t driven to the basket much. He’s terrible when he does it. I just don’t see what there is too be excited about with him. He was the 4th freaking pick!!!
Triano- Id be ok with him staying on as an assistant but doubt he’d want to. He has no business head coaching this group. Hell im not sure who could right now.
Chandler, Dudley- their mentor ship just hasn’t translated to anything noticeable. The young players are struggling and not playing hard. It’s February. Time to find them a way out if there is opportunity.
Warren- dude has to get more than 10 shots in a game like this. That’s probably a lot on the coaching.
Daniels- better be gone by the deadline. Just no point of him taking up a spot any more.
Peters. I’ve never seen him make a jump shot. Only one layup. I didn’t look but I’d say he’s shooting 4% on the season. Not a big deal but just something I noticed.
Alan Williams- where are we at on his recovery? I thought he’d be back by now. Doesn’t really matter he’ll be behind Chandler and Len because neither will get traded
Free agents- they ain’t comin. If this is the big plan to wait til the summer this shit ain’t getting any better any time soon.
Seriously fuck anyone who makes important decisions regarding this team. Fuck you for ruining everything this franchise has accomplished. It’s degrading how far down this ship has sunk.
