Average Age Weighted by Minutes Played -
2015-16 - 26.0
2016-17 - 25.0
2017-18 - 23.7
2018-19 - 24.4
They're definitely one of the youngest teams in the league again, but they're not younger than last year.
The real problem is not taking action to fix problems once they're identified. They haven't had a competent PF for about 3 years now and are on their 2nd year without a competent PG.
Not having a competent owner for 15 years now might be part of the problem.

Did you pull those numbers or calculate them? I keep meaning to do this for every team the last 10 years to see how it compares to wins and growth over time, but every time I do I give up before I start because I don't write code and didn't find a place that had it already.
