Yeah 99% of abortions are from unmarried women hoping the dude that impregnated her will marry her if they get an abortion...

Something to keep an eye on: SCOTUS may hear anti-abortion case very soon. Some say they may be about to strike down Roe v. Wade. We'll have to watch and see.

So, uh, according to a leaked draft opinion, the Supreme Court has already decided to overturn Roe without even hearing the case.

Alito has made this his life-long goal and has been waiting for over 15 years to get a conservative ultra-majority on the court to do just this. He has probably had a draft of this for a decade.

Who's going to care for these unwanted children? If you are raped by a convicted felon and you are unable to have an abortion, are you forced to raise this child? Or does somebody always want these babies so that they don't go to an orphanage? Is there always somewhere an unwanted baby can be given to? Is it a good idea to carry on the progeny of horrible people? Even if the sex was consensual, is there always an outlet for these babies if they are unwanted by their parents? Or do they have no legal choice but to raise them? I really don't know how most of this works.

I have a lot of family members that are anti-abortion in all cases. None of them have ever adopted a child.

Worth noting that the vast majority of Americans do not want this. Overturn of Roe routinely polls in the high 20s to 30% range. Here's a Fox (!) poll:

Yeah conservatives are not looking to do what is best for majority of Americans, or even what the majority of Americans want. They are pushing their extreme religious views while making sure robber barons keep their money.

I want to know how many of those 31% are even of capable of still becoming pregnant.
