That's a great win.

It’s getting kinda hilarious how we just destroy every team in the clutch

YES SIR MF-ERS!
Really strong finish. Proud of Book and the guys. Biyombo chipped in a great game. Lot of guys chipped in: Crowder, Bridges, Paul, Payne. Nice win over a tough opponent.

109-101, I was closeSplit T wrote: ↑Thu Jan 20, 2022 10:39 amWe have an 8 game winning streak vs the Mavs…unfortunately Ayton isn’t playing as I’m pretty sure he’s like 8-0 or something against Luka. Mavs played a tough one last night against Toronto, Luka played 40+ minutes. I think we push the streak to 9, 113-104 suns win!

Suns shot 8-37 from deep and Dallas had 10 more rebounds.
I'm inclined to think Luka's 8 turnovers were a pretty big factor in deciding this game.

Closed the game on a 22-6 run…this team is just so good in the clutch

Seemed like quite a bit were in the 2nd half and sparked some runs for usFlagrant Fowl wrote: ↑Thu Jan 20, 2022 8:00 pmSuns shot 8-37 from deep and Dallas had 10 more rebounds.

Right. Just the clean block would've been a jump ball, but they switched the foul to DFS.

Brunson also had 6, so I should give him proper credit.Split T wrote: ↑Thu Jan 20, 2022 8:02 pmSeemed like quite a bit were in the 2nd half and sparked some runs for usFlagrant Fowl wrote: ↑Thu Jan 20, 2022 8:00 pmSuns shot 8-37 from deep and Dallas had 10 more rebounds.

Really happy with Mikal’s performance this game. Cam J seems to have lost his rhythm tho.

Great win, beating a hot team on its home floor.
Suns made the plays in the fourth quarter.
Biyombo, who struggled early, was flawless down the stretch.
Much was made of Dallas' improved defense, but the Suns had the big D when it counted most.

I went back and checked, Luka had 4 in the 3rd Q, none in the 4th, but Brunson had 3 in the 4thFlagrant Fowl wrote: ↑Thu Jan 20, 2022 8:03 pmBrunson also had 6, so I should give him proper credit.Split T wrote: ↑Thu Jan 20, 2022 8:02 pmSeemed like quite a bit were in the 2nd half and sparked some runs for usFlagrant Fowl wrote: ↑Thu Jan 20, 2022 8:00 pmSuns shot 8-37 from deep and Dallas had 10 more rebounds.

TBF, the Mavs defense was quite good all game. They close out well and are physical on dribble drives.

Can’t tell how much of their faltering down the stretch has to do with the b2b situation. Otoh I don’t expect our guys to miss so many threes on a regular basis.Flagrant Fowl wrote: ↑Thu Jan 20, 2022 8:10 pmTBF, the Mavs defense was quite good all game.
