I've been watching that game. The injury didn't look too bad, but the way Durant kind of limped around for the next minute was reason enough to be concerned.

Those always end up worse than expected. Like not quite a full tear or something but just enough to require extended rest or surgery.

Imagine if he was a Sun. He'd be sitting next to CP, Book, Payne and CamJ.

I think we all know that if he were a Sun, the OGW would have ripped his leg clean off rather than just a sprain.

Ayton’s value is dropping

Eh that's not really indicative of value. I'm sure most everyone would take FVV and Trae over Kyrie and Harden.

I guess my point was that even the media guys are dropping him now. It used to be that no one really understood why Suns fans and the team weren’t super enamored with Ayton and now it seems they are figuring it out.

Simmons said he would’ve had him in the top 30 after the 2021 Finals…now his website had him in the 50s a month or two ago and now he’s dropped into the 70s. Fairly significant drop I’d say.

He certainly hasn't helped himself during this stretch where he's been 1 of 2 threats out there for us.

It's been interesting to hear other broadcasters calling these games. I think it was Richard Jefferson on an ESPN broadcast a few games ago who really praised Ayton to start the game, calling it unbelievable that there was ever a question that he's a max player when DA hit his first soft shot from 10' or so. By the end of the broadcast there was a lot of awkward silence every time DA touched the ball.

I like DA, and I would like to keep him - but he's just never going to be that level of star some are hoping for.

Should've bought low on Markaanen.
That's not really a James Jones thing. He wants to pay a premium for high floor, low ceiling players. And he doesn't believe in potential.

Herro was 130m 🤷🏾‍♂️
This is interesting because he is having a terrible year.

He's fully shown his cards now that he's not that guy.
