IIRC, the timeline was always ambiguously listed as "soon" after the break. Of course all us hopeful fans jumped to conclusions that it would be the first game after the break.

I thought there was a pretty low chance he'd play against OKC, and I feel for anyone who took bad information and paid a premium for tickets to that game.

It was also updated to list him as GTD on Friday at one point and I think we all got excited

That and also NBA flexing the game to ESPN too lol

Ya but I think that had more to do with Brooklyn blowing up their team and taking the game away from them.
