That’s the problem with Luka…he doesn’t like to share. Brunson wouldn’t have become who he is playing next to Luka…KP would’ve worked, I just think he still wanted to be featured in the post. He’s bought in and the way he’s playing in Boston would’ve worked next to Luka

Luka shares just fine with Kyrie, so while Brunson probably isn't the 28ppg guy he is in NY he still was pretty good and had room to grow, now Lol that was on him, he definitely had a change of attitude on Boston, if he'd had played this role in Dallas he'd still be there.

The difference is Kyrie can play off ball better. Brunson kinda needs the ball and likes to run everything. Not sure about this year, but last year Luka and Brunson had the highest average time spent with the ball in their hands.

Edit: I checked and they were in fact 1 and 2 again this year(Brunson was 1).

Kyrie was 32nd. Brunson/Luka were just too similar.
